Excellent experience!!! The hotel was great and amazing

Had a wonderful relaxing vacation. We went for my son's wedding and it was amazing. They did a great job. Everything is clean and new. The beach and pools are amazing. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Dreams was the perfect vacation. The ocean, the room and especially the butler service that came with the preferred booking. Adonis made our vacation extra special. He helped with virtually everything. Food, towels, coffee, navigation, being our middle man and everything inbetween. We wanted a quiet and private getaway and he provided just that. He handled communication with room service for us and even brought the best cappuccinos directly to our room every morning. He was kind, funny and extremely attentive. The trip wouldn't have been the same without him. Definitely made the difference between a good stay and an excellent one!

We had a great experience at Dreams Playa resort. The resorts all connect to each other and have a common eating area with different restaurants to eat at. The service was great. All the staff are friendly. We had a butler in the dreams preferred section (Joel). He was very helpful and arranged all our activities. I suggest having your transport service arranged before arriving at the airport. We had a rental car and the resort is remote so it’s quite a drive. The resort has everything you need there all inclusive with plenty of things to do. 5 out of 5 stars for service and Joel did an amazing job.

10 days in Dreams Esmerelda. Preferred club with swim out room. When we arrived, check in was flawless. Very quickly offered drinks, and met our butler Adonis. Adonis was beyond excellent the whole trip but I will include that throughout the review. We were shown to our room, rooms are lovely, spacious, swim out pool but doesn't connect to the main pool which is disappointing but still lovely. Mini bar was stocked with some nice drinks and chocolates on arrival. Adonis gave us the room tour which was excellent. We went to windows (the preferred a la carte) for a quiet meal as we were knackered. Food was amazing, so was the service. When we went for breakfast it was inconsistent, food was nice but nothing like the dinner, what you ordered one day wasnt the same the next, if it was on the menu such as sausage or bacon sometimes you didnt receive it and the language barrier was difficult but overall breakfast was okay. Lunch here was also lovely, a bit better then breakfast and a lot better then the buffet. We tried almost every dinner spot avaliable, Capers the Italian was the favourite, really nice food an excellent waiters. One night my fiance asked Adnois to make it special for our last night as a surprise and it was amazing, Adonis done an incredible job and is very good at keeping secrets. The other dinners are also very nice, order as much as you want and it is all flavourful, worth the money. It was my fiancé's birthday whilst we were out there and not knowing a lot I messaged Adnois explaining I needed something special but I couldn't attend the excursions stool as I needed it secret. He organised the whole thing for me over WhatsApp and got me a payment link so I didnt need to leave the pool, he also kept it a secret, he was amazing, he organised ATVs for the morning, it was 5 minutes from the resort which was great, the tour itself was also amazing, recommend trainers for this, they stop at a few beaches and a hut with a lovely dog for fresh coconuts, very good experience. The premium drinks were very nice, we stuck to coronas mostly. The pool bar is okay, very loud music that they allow other guests to connect too which isnt great as you want to relax and they played 50 cent the loudest you've heard midday, you also struggled to order drinks as it was so loud no one could hear you, ruined the vibe. The towels are very rough, slightly hurt your skin and the blue ones are quite dirty but the grey ones were ok. On our last day we came out and they had rearranged some of the pool putting giant beds in, they were dirty and just an eyesore, slightly ruined the pool for us but luckily it was our last day, the rest of the time it was great. The sun loungers also are in need or a good wash, they were a bit mouldy. No pool service apart from 1 lady in the morning and the drinks were always wrong but again I think it was the language barrier which is no fault of anyone's but as it is quite far out from the airport they are also still learning. Entertainment team were always around, they try very hard and always come to say hello despite us not moving from our beds, we didnt get too involved but they were obviously a hit for others as they were always busy! Entertainment was hit and miss for us at the eveing shows. Some of it was good others were bad, karaoke especially was hard to watch 🤣 no table service which is disappointing. Lastly, we went to the spa. Excellent, not much to say on this apart from book it, we were so relaxed, worth a visit and its half price on Saturdays. We have been to dreams flora before and the whole place was incredible from start to finish so we expected the same from a dreams resort, overall it was a very nice holiday, Adonis was the main reason we are giving this place a high rating, from start to finish there wasnt enough he could do for us, always checking in if we needed anything, he deserves to run the place with the exceptional professionalism he shows. We will of course continue to visit the dreams resorts, once you let them know an issue they try their best to fix this, as it is only a year old they are still learning so i think another year and they will be immaculate. I would recommend booking this but we wouldn't pay what we did to go back unless Adonis is in charge.
