Beautiful resort with amazing staff and customer service

My wife and I just wrapped up a week at Paradisus Grand Cana for our 20th wedding anniversary, and to say it exceeded every expectation would be an understatement. From start to finish, this was a level of hospitality and personal care we have never experienced anywhere else in our travels. While finalizing our reservation, I decided to upgrade our suite to mark this milestone. From that moment, the E-Concierge team, led by Stefani, stepped in to coordinate a truly magical arrival. She ensured that the very first thing my wife saw when we walked through the door of our suite was a chilled bottle of wine alongside a printed personal love letter I had drafted for her. It set an incredible tone for the entire week and brought my wife to tears. Throughout our stay, the service across the resort was nothing short of extraordinary. Every single team member went out of their way daily to make us feel celebrated, but our dedicated concierge, Juan Adbricoles, made this vacation exceptionally peaceful and stress-free. Juan was remarkably accommodating, attentive to every detail, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our daily itinerary and special requests were handled effortlessly. Having him as our concierge made a world of difference. Our anniversary day itself was the crown jewel of the trip, largely thanks to the phenomenal dining and service staff who treated us like absolute royalty: Jonathan Silvester (Waiter): Jonathan was our main waiter and truly made us feel like family from day one. His warmth, genuine care, and incredible attention to detail made every meal memorable. Juan Adbricoles (Concierge): The ultimate host who kept our stay smooth, peaceful, and elevated at every turn. Jackson Pier Jose (Beach Waiter): Jackson made our beach days so effortless and comfortable. He was always attentive, making sure we had fresh drinks, towels, and everything we needed without us ever having to ask twice. Manuel Mercedes (Manager at Sal Restaurant) & Jose Luis (Assistant Manager): Both leadership team members ensured our dining experiences ran seamlessly with incredible hospitality. Josue Ylis, Mayra Ested, & Juan Villo (Waiters): Exceptional service staff who brought infectious positivity, attentiveness, and top-tier professionalism to every dining service. To the entire team at Paradisus Grand Cana—thank you for making our 20th anniversary the trip of a lifetime. Your genuine hospitality, heart, and dedication to your guests are unmatched. We cannot wait to return!

Paradisus Gran Cana was an amazing experience. The facilities were immaculate, the customer service was resplendent and overall the atmosphere just exudes relaxation. 5/5 recommend this to any one who wants to visit the DR

The room was close to all amenities. Food was very good. Staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable and friendly. The only change I would suggest is to replace the espresso machine with a keurig coffee maker.
