Secrets Tides Punta Cana

My wife and I spent four nights at Secret Tides and enjoyed every minute we spent there. Well the days were hot And humid, there was always someone nearby with a cold drink and the pools were wonderful. We even went in the ocean, despite a few rocks and a little bit more waves than some of the other resorts we've been to. The restaurants at Secret Tides are surprisingly good. They are above the standard all-inclusive fare that you find at many other resorts. We really enjoyed the South American food in Tierra and ate there multiple nights. Being in the preferred club gives you access to oceana for breakfast and lunch, and being able to sit down and order your lunch or breakfast while looking out over the beach and ocean is really enjoyable. All of the wonderful staff we met there were fantastic, You don't want to miss Juliana, working the preferred club bar out close to the pools.

We choose secrets tide and we had great time. great pools, everything modern , food was great especially Mexican restaurant. , air-conditioning and perfect, tv with music chanels and.. good evening events . very safe place. beach was clean . recommend . not too loud like next to tide dreams 😀😀

We had a wonderful stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana, and one of the biggest highlights of our vacation was the exceptional hospitality we received from our butler, Andrea. From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Whether it was assisting with arrangements, answering our questions, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The resort itself was beautiful, but it is people like Andrea who turn a great vacation into a truly memorable experience. Her kindness, positive attitude, and attention to detail made a lasting impression on our entire family. A very special thank you to Andrea for everything she did for us during our stay. It is a smaller all-inclusive style resort. Perfect size for a relaxing getaway. The staff is attentive, the food is good for an all-inclusive, and the drinks were good. The layout is very well thought out with a lot of places to relax. We had unexpected turn down service in the evening. It is a distance away from the city so keep that in mind but an overall great stay! I would return there again.

We had an amazing time on our 2nd visit to Secrets Tides this year. It was very crowded in February, so we tried again in September. We have come to the DR in September before and find the low season much more pleasant. There was plenty of seating, excellent staff and food, and the water was warm and swimmable. In February, the staff were also amazing, as was the food, but playing Hunger Games to find a seat by the pool or beach is no fun. Also, the ocean and pool water was too cold to even consider. Juliana at the Preferred Club is absolutely lovely, Maria as a server in the restaurants was our favorite, and our butler, Miguel, was the absolute best- thoughtful , helpful, and attentive. We will definitely be back. Can't wait!
