Very beautiful, and also clean! Service is "excelente!" The entertainment team is AMAZING and there is a something to do.

I had such a great experience at Secrets Tides with my boyfriend! From the moment we arrived, everything was amazing. Our butler Carela was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His service truly made our experience feel special and relaxing. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Secrets Tides for a romantic getaway.

We had a wonderful time at Secrets Tides. The food was amazing. The staff treated you like family and the pools were incredible. Our concierge, Anderson, was fantastic! He looked after us and surprised us with champagne. He went over and beyond. Justine from the entertainment team was so much fun. He added to the whole experience. Luis at the pool bar was fabulous. To make our breakfast more special Sumierka made us the best smoothies. Alberto made a mean drink at the lounge bar. Erika was great at the restaurants and Eliazer was always there checking on us and giving us recommendations for eats. They made the trip even more spectacular I highly recommend this resort. You will not be disappointed

We had an amazing time here at secrets tides. It was a very clean resort. We had the swim out king room and I was pleasantly surprised for nice and warm the water was in all the pools. Everything here was so nice. The food was good. The service was 10/10 everyone was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again and recommending it to friends and family!
