Secrets Tides Punta Cana was absolutely AAHMAZING!! Clean, beautiful and professional. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Vibes were on point! Andrea was our butler but she became more like family. Such a sweet soul, pleasant and always accommodating. We hope you’re blessed to not only visit the resort but to have Andrea as your butler. She’s a GEM! Marie our event coordinator, nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY! Don’t think twice, book the trip!

Many Thanks to Anderson !!! From the concierge department, Who did an outstanding job with decorating my sister‘s room for her birthday celebration. The Bellman upon our arrival and our departure, the most courteous… answered all of our questions. The resort is breathtaking.. proximity of the restaurants, entertainment ,lobby bar are a plus … tile floors are dangerously especially when wet…do not fall. Shout out to Chef ..the entire hostess’s on board and the servers at the buffet… my most favorite… I was able to experience Dominican food.. Biggest shout out to Victor 👏our pool server, he excelled in his job performance Jamier , Carlos , Jessica and the entire pool staff rock at all there duties .. especially remembering everyone’s drink… missing my Dominican water and tequila.. mudslide and all the tropical drinks of the day. The negative experience we encountered: The bartenders at the bar area were very rude.. awful service. Unfortunately, the food was not of our liking much improvement is needed nor was the service at the restaurants. Visiting in the Dominican Republic, I firmly believe there should be a Dominican restaurant.. so many of the guests agreed. Visiting from the states we’re not looking for an Italian restaurant etc ..MEXICAN ! DOMINICAN SHOULD BE FIRST CHOICE. The restaurant of our choice at we were most satisfied with was the Japanese restaurant and their service.outstanding Beachside restaurant was wonderful! The most caring individuals especially Jose.. He was ran in a heartbeat when my sister fell down the steps. I am most grateful to him. Hotel management did not follow up with a call after this incident . A big shout out to Stephanie Shakira,Milady , Magda and Ericia.Skinny Lady . for all their hard work With daytime activities Was so much fun to engage with Sonia upon making our favorite drinks It was fantastic… my favorite drinks. Vacationing in the Dominican Republic is my most favorite destination. I look forward to going to La Playa .. if you are a swimmer, this is not the beach of choice Due to its location, Bavaro beach is the better choice. The staff make the resorts Not management. We booked to stay at this resort for 10 nights in July for our Honeymoon. Unfortunately the Honeymoon didn't go to plan as my Husband was taken very poorly on our third day where he was rushed to hospital with a burst appendix. He went on to stay in Hospital for 6 nights and we had to extend our stay a further 5 night until he was safe to fly. This had to be one of the most horrible experiences of our lives and a very worrying time. But what we cannot fault was the staff at Secret Tides and their support and help throughout this stay. A massive Thank you to "Willy" from the Entertainment's team who's quick thinking might of saved my Husbands life in getting us to the Hotel Doctor so quickly and the Doctor herself who was excellent. Also some special thank you's to Anderson , Jessika and Jequei who were all absolutely amazing in supporting me through this terrible time and are an absolute credit to the hotel. They supported me, assisted me in getting me to and from the hospital, helped extend my hotel stay and kept me positive throughout this time. This isn't something you ever want to go through so far away from home but I can honestly say the hotel staff couldn't of supported us more. Thank you Hayley & Patrick

First of all this place was unbelievably clean and well kept. I was very surprised with who tech savvy the rooms were and how new the resort seemed because of how beautiful the staff kept it. The Food was excellent and the service was out of this world. Everyone had a smile and said hello every time they passed. Any service was fast and precise and everyone we spoke to only offered solutions without there even being any problems lol. The servers were quick and attentive and the bar staff made drinks to perfection. The resort was calm and never too loud and promoted a restful ambiance. Lastly the spa experience was something truly out of this world. The hydrotherapy along with the massages themselves were pure bliss As any seasoned vacationer with tell you, its the people at the resort that MAKE the experience....and specifically the following people made this resort, and the Secrets brand, the go to place for every trip to come: Entertainment: Ericka & Magna - They were the LIFE of the resort could not get enough of their energy. Cleaning: Maria - our room was spotless night and day and she was an absolute gem of a person Waiting / Restaurant : Oliver (Market Cafe & Meraki, Victor (Oceana), Amaury (Market Cafe & Portofino) - These gentlemen made dinning a pleasurable experience which we looked forward to every day. We were extremely sad to leave and but we will always remember our stay and already look forward to our next visit.

Overall this was an amazing trip and the staff made this resort a better place. We will be coming back in the fall!
