Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Had the absolute best time. The staff was the absolute best. Yulian made sure my birthday was amazing and went out of his way each day to ensure all of our needs were met.

Secrets Tides was an extremely pleasant surprise! The resort is beautiful and modern, the grounds were well maintained, the employees were the most friendly and accommodating and the food was exceptional. The variety of restaurants was great. Our experience would not have been what it was without our butler Andrea. There was not a day that went by that she didn’t check on us, come find us, and continually provide us with her service. I have never experienced such dedication before. She made us feel like queens! With any luck, with your trip, you will be blessed with her!

This is a beautiful resort. The rooms are very nice and the grounds are immaculate. I love how well it was lit up at night, several firepits and so many different places to sit and lounge. Huge beautiful pools and soft powdery sand at the beach. They worked hard to clear seaweed non-stop. Plenty of restaurants to choose from... We had time to try Terra, Oceana, Barefoot and Seaside Grill - all of which were very good. We also enjoyed the Market Buffet for breakfast - lots of options. The food truck for Preferred guests was nice for a quick bite while at the pool. One suggestion is to add more bartenders at the Preferred swim up bar...the wait could be pretty long and they ran out of things often. They may have to eventually get arm bands to help identify Preferred guests. We had one guy at the towel stand at the preferred pool asked for our butlers name to help prove we were actually Preferred guests...which we didn't like. Entertainment was good and the staff was wonderful... especially Mickey our butler who made sure we were well taken care of. The only suggestion I would make is for the sports bar...be more attentive and accommodating to your customers - especially when a major sports game is on. It was the NBA final, there are 4 TVs in this bar...so many people were pouring in the SPORTS bar to watch the game. We all pleaded with them to put it on more TVs for convenience but nobody in the bar seemed to be able to accomplish this nor put forth any effort to make it happen. So the entire bar was twisting to watch one TV which happened to be the least quality TV in the bar. That was extremely disappointing. Several people, including myself opted to go to our rooms to watch the game more comfortably. We would definitely return. Great for couples, girls trip or solo travelers. It's such a beautiful resort.

We absolutely loved our stay at Secrets Punta Cana. The resort was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with any of our needs. The food at all of the restaurants was great and I gained 6 lbs after our 7 day stay! LOL The rooms were spacious and the double shower heads were very nice. I especially liked having blue tooth speakers in the ceilings so that we could listen to our music in the main room and bathroom.
