Serenade All Suites, Adults Only Resort

Excellent! Special employees Maria at the Tepanyaki & the Gourmet restaurant. She was excellent to us and to the birthday person we wanted to celebrate!

We had a fabulous one week stay at the Serenade All Suites resort in Punta Cana. The resort was absolutely stunning and the grounds are immaculate, the food was delicious (my personal favourite were La Palapa and the Market Buffet), and most importantly, the staff made our stay top notch! All the staff here were warm, kind, friendly, and made the experience fun and memorable. We would like to take a moment to mention some of the incredible staff who made our visit extra special. A big thank you to Ruth, Yasmin, Kis, and Yarlenys for starting our mornings and/or ending the day with beautiful smiles, great coffee and drinks; Christopher and Victor at the pool for their wonderful energy; Vanessa and Josh at the front desk for their welcoming hospitality; and Josh at the pool bar for making amazing drinks (especially Coco Loco). Overall, the drinks at the coffee bar were perfection (my favourite were the cappuccinos), the food and service at the restaurants were superb, and the water aerobics classes made working out fun. The Serenade All Suites resort has many positives and I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice vacation in Punta Cana. Some of my suggestions to management for improvement at the resort: we noticed maintenance issues that unfortunately, were not always addressed. Regardless of notifying staff, the jetted water tub in the adult section was broken during our entire stay. The water wash stations were barely working, calling the front desk using the hotel phone room was never answered, our tv never worked, pillows were uncomfortable, and all the rooms in the resort have poor quality doors (which do not always function well). The beach here is beautiful, but unfortunately due to seaweed, you won’t be able to swim there. There are also persistent third party vendors on the beach who will constantly ask you if you’re interested in purchasing their products, which can become bothersome. Fixing these issues would definitely improve the overall quality and luxury feel this resort has to offer. Thank you Serenade!

We absolutely love the Serenade. This is our 3rd year back to the same resort and we have nothing but compliments for the entire staff and resort. Victor and Omar were our favorites!

Victor from the animation team brought a great atmosphere to the resort. He was very fun and encouraged everybody to participate in all the activities. Such as yoga, pool volleyball, pool soccer, dancing lessons, etc.

We stayed 5 nights at Serenade All Suites and thanks to Christopher and Victor none of our nights were boring lol. We even got slimmer doing water aerobic in the pool🤣🤣
