This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my entire life. I wouldn’t pay my worst enemy to stay at a place like this. My room smelled like SEWAGE. The doors are PEELING OFF THE HINGES. I was trapped inside my room and locked out TWICE. The food was NOT EDIBLE AT ALL. All the restaurants required reservations which never had any availabilities and they don’t even communicate with you that you need a reservation TO EAT when they’re checking you in. The buffet had a stir fry station in which raw meat was sitting out in the open FOR HOURS they also put the raw meat on the plate, then put it in the pan, rinse the plate with a little water and then SERVE YOU WITH THE SAME PLATE THAT THE RAW MEAT WAS ON. The drinks were extremely watered down and the STAFF WAS SO RUDE. At LA PALAPA, the tall man with dark hair and eyebrows told me I need to cover up when everyone else was wearing the same exact thing and THEN STILL SEATED ME BECAUSE THERES NO DRESS CODE AT THIS OUTSIDE VENUE. HE JUST WANTED TO BE RUDE. We were next in line at the front desk and they blatantly said next and pointed at the white people behind us. THEY WERE EXTREMELY RACIST.
