Tolle, sehr sehr saubere Hotelanlage. Nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Essen abwechslungsreich und an verschiedenen Standorten. Anlage direkt am. Kinderpool erst für grössere Kids geeignet. Es gibt aber andere Möglichkeiten sich im Pool zu verweilen.

We have visited Egypt many times over the years, staying at different resorts but this was the first time ever that we were not ready to come home. Our experience at the Jaz Soma Beach was just incredible. I mentioned to a manager that all the folk looking after us reminded me of the outstanding Liverpool football team. All pulling together to create the very best experience for their guests. All working individually but as one to achieve excellence. The wonderful animation boys & girls, working tirelessly, being ever present, making sure folk had the best time day and night. Thank you Yulia, Panda, Mathew and the young lady who looked after the children and did remarkable face painting, for your constant interaction with us, you truely are stars. The beach was a delight, made even more so by the care taken by the incredibly hard working Ibrahim & Emad. Service always with a smile, such friendly fun guys, miss you both! The amazing chefs were ever present and interacting with guests making sure the varied and delicious food was to the best standard. Chef Ahmed and his team are deserving of our praise, they constantly strived for perfection. Our spacious rm 5148 was always kept emaculately clean & well stocked, the service from the young man who looked after us was impeccable, thank you. The beautiful gardens, pool area and beach were always clean & tidy. Reception always available to provide any help required. Evening activities were constant and entertaining but the stand out would go to the outside folk who, in their huge animal costumes for the children were a sight to behold, everyone loved them. We felt that everyone here was at the top of their game, giving the best of their ability, to strive to be the number one holiday experience. JSB management must be so proud of this work ethic. We were so grateful to have chosen this resort & happy to let everyone know, they are all our winners! Thank you.

Wir sind zum ersten Mal hier & wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr motiviert und auch die Anlage ist sehr zufrieden stellend. Ich kann die Anlage weiterempfehlen. Sowohl das Essen ist vielfältig, als auch die Anlage ist sauber.
