heard on one review that snacks were delivered to sunbeds not in our case told we had to sit down in snack bar ?

This is the third time we have been here. We cannot fault our experience. The staff here are amazing. Our room was always superb after we returned. Mustafa our room attendant always left us something nice to see and made sure we had plenty of everything we needed. The guys in the restaurant and pool bar left us wanting for nothing. Ibrahim, Mahmoud, Mohammed, and too many others made our experience. Thanks so much to you all. We will be back.

Came here 12th march for 7 nights, room 213. On arrival, check in at hotel was quick with friendly reception staff. Cases taken to our room. Room clean and beds very comfy. Our room cleaner, Abdul was friendly and made some fab towel art and a special one for my daughter’s birthday. The food here was delicious and plenty to choose from in the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waiters did a good job. The burgers, hot dogs, fries and pizza by the pool were yummy too and delivered to your sunbed or room again by friendly staff. We went to Hardrock cafe which was arranged by the entertainment staff and had a really good night here and it was made extra special as staff pulled out all the stops to make it a good birthday night for my daughter. So did the other guests we went with and we carried on the party when we got back to the hotel at the rooftop bar. The entertainment staff even gave my daughter a birthday cake while she was sat on her sunbed and sang her happy birthday! They went above and beyond to make her day special. The hotel taxi service to Soho Square and Naama Bay was excellent. The guy that was in reception, sorry I didn’t get his name, always welcomed us back to the hotel with a smile and wave. The little touches like this make this hotel stand out from others I’ve stayed at in Egypt. The only negative I’ve got is the older guy that sells massages round the pool. Be very wary of him. He comes across very friendly but he is very sly and overcharges you. I asked for one massage, he tries to sell you three. I made it very clear that I wanted one massage and my daughter had booked to get her nails done in the salon at the same time. He had charged me for 2 people when we had not asked for this. There were a few guests round the pool that heard exactly what I’d asked for and he was basically calling me a liar. This was right before my massage which did not make me feel like I wanted one any longer. The only reason I did was because the girl that did the massages was absolutely lovely and a credit to the hotel. I did in the end after lots of arguing with him get a refund and hot stone massage the next day. Not what I want to do after a massage, argue with someone. He was completely unprofessional and threw his clipboard on the floor in temper while yelling in Egyptian to the other guy in the blue t shirt who has the card machine. Again, what a lovely girl and a wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage. A big thank you to her. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the beach which has lots of sunbeds and wind breakers. You cannot eat here at the restaurant so ask for a packed lunch from reception. You can get soft drinks and beer from the beach bar. We will definitely return for another holiday here in the future. A lovely hotel fantastic staff who are so friendly they just make your stay! Mustafa our cleaner was the absolute best .

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. They made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. I especially appreciated the quick service and attention to detail. My stay was very enjoyable, and I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
