Meraki Sharm El Sheikh

Meraki Resort has exceeded my expectations. I'd like to thank the staff for their excellent service. The food was exceptional, among other things, and the amenities made me feel right at home. I will definitely be coming back The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with a great atmosphere especially if you like a lively, party-style vibe. The territory clean, the beach is nice, and there’s plenty to do during the day and evening. The staff are friendly and attentive, often going out of their way to help and create a welcoming experience. Food is generally good with a decent variety, especially in the buffet and snack bars. Some dishes are really enjoyable, and you won’t go hungry. Meraki is a good choice if you’re looking for a fun, social, party-oriented holiday with a nice atmosphere

I would like to share my honest feedback about my stay. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The territory, atmosphere, and food selection are really good, and everything is here for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The staff is generally friendly, and you can feel that many people truly try to make guests feel welcome. However, my birthday did not start the way I expected. There were some organizational issues that slightly affected the first impression on such an important day for me. At moments like this, you naturally expect a bit more attention and care from the hotel. I would also like to sincerely thank Carmen for her attention, understanding, and support. She handled the situation with care and professionalism, took the time to listen, and helped turn things around. Her involvement made a real difference, and I truly appreciate her approach. A huge thank you to the coolest person who made my stay truly unforgettable — Mohamed. A person of care, attention, and genuine dedication, who organized the most amazing birthday for me! He managed to smooth out all the shortcomings of that day from the hotel’s side and completely changed my mood. Thanks to him, the day still became very special. And of course, special praise goes to the brightest animation team — Dayana, Sveta, Violeta, Rita, and Liza. These girls radiate incredible positivity, beauty, and the most pleasant energy. They truly light up your vacation with unforgettable emotions, because they genuinely love what they do — and you can feel it. In the end, despite some moments at the beginning, all issues were resolved, and I am leaving with positive emotions. Thank you to the people who truly make a difference.

We came from Estonia and stayed at the hotel for 8 days, and we would like to say a big thank you to the entire Meraki team for this wonderful experience 🤍 The service here is truly on a very high level — everything is well organized, attentive and done with genuine care. I work as a chef myself, so I always pay special attention not only to the food, but to the overall service. And here I was truly impressed — you can really feel that people love what they do and genuinely care about the guests. A special mention to the kitchen — the food is absolutely delicious, diverse and prepared at a very high level. You can really feel it. The staff are simply amazing — very warm, kind and sincere people. Always smiling, attentive and creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to the waiters and bartenders — your kindness and attention truly make the stay special 🤍 We also really appreciated the cleanliness — housekeeping did a great job, and the room was always comfortable and pleasant. The hotel itself is very beautiful and aesthetic — every corner is thoughtfully designed, and the atmosphere is stylish, calm and inspiring. Thank you for your work and for the atmosphere you create 🤍

We arrived on Friday 13th for one week.We did find it strange on arrival we were offered to be upgraded to the hotel next door which we did decline as we had booked a suite(The party never ends room).We also didn't receive or be offered a drink on arrival but we just wanted to get to the room and get ready as it was Friday night.The room was great and lived up to our expectations. The staff was very friendly in all the areas we stayed most of the time in utopia areas during the day and in the evening moved around to different areas of the hotel. You didn't have to always participate with party's areas, you can do your own thing. Soho it's a 5-minute walk. Food is excellent in all the restaurants and the drinks are all excellent beer in cans, wines , prosecco the only downside was the spirits are syrup based.The hotel is always kept spotlessly clean the management walk around in all the areas speaking to the guests which was a good for an questions you needed to ask but most of the time the staff could answer anything for you and do anything for you. The street festivals and shows outside are good and everything's free .Would I go back? Most definitely would and I recommend it most definitely, but be prepared to put some weight on at the end of your holiday, as the food is excellent. 👍

My wife and I are just back from Meraki Resort in Sharm El Shiekh. Everything about the hotel was beautiful and the staff/team were so kind, thoughtful and charming. Carmen the General Manager sorted out the only issue we had quickly and with such grace. Special shout-out too for Mohamed and Abbass who work on the seafront serving food/drinks and managing towels and deckchairs.
