I enjoyed my stay at White Hills, it's very close to the airport, the hotel is nice and cozy. The staff did an amazing job, from cleaning to waiters and chefs. The beach was always clean, the sea was crystal clear with lots of fish. There are swimming pools everywhere, different bars and a la carte restaurants. Thank you!

I first want to say thank you to the Posh Club Queen Butler herself, Habiba. It was a gift — the cherry on top — to be given such a wonderful butler, and she is honestly the reason why I would pay extra to go Posh Club again and again. Her service from Day 1 was outstanding. She is a wicked bartender and makes the best mojitos. She would even bring them all the way to our swim-up suite. Mind you, it is HOTTTT, and yet she does everything to serve guests so effortlessly, with such grace and warmth. She just went the extra mile every single time, and it never felt forced or rushed. It genuinely felt like she cared about making our stay special. A lot of Western resorts could learn from her! Habiba is exactly what luxury service should feel like — personal, warm, attentive, and memorable. She made the Posh Club experience feel worth every penny. Let me not forget Mahamood at the Posh Club bar. What I loved about him is that you never had to actually tell him a cocktail name. You could just tell him your preferences — sweet, strong, your favourite fruit — and he would whip up such beautiful and refreshing drinks, both mocktails and cocktails. He has the sweetest smile, and I just enjoyed spending time at the bar knowing he would make me the best mango drinks. There is something so special about a bartender who actually listens to what you like and then creates something for you, rather than just making something from a standard list. His drinks were always fresh, pretty, tasty, and made with care. Then there’s Issac and Mohammed, such wonderful waiters. Issac has a beautiful voice on him, and it was a delight hearing him sing Arabic songs when making drinks also. It added such a lovely atmosphere and made the Posh Club feel even more personal and full of life. These two, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the Posh Club, were always going above and beyond and checking if anything else was needed. We never had to wait too long for our orders, and by Day 3, both of these amazing men already knew I would either want a mimosa lol or Fanta. That small touch of remembering what guests like makes such a difference and really shows the level of service. And that ties into the chefs in the Posh Club, who are wonderful at their craft. I usually love a buffet all-inclusive, but having stayed at White Hills under the Posh Club, I actually preferred à la carte with them. The food felt fresh, well-prepared, and more relaxed than having to keep going back and forth to a buffet. My only feedback would be for the menus to rotate a bit more. After three days of only being able to pick the same items for lunch and dinner, it was getting a little boring. It would be nice even if the menu could change two or three times in the week, just to give guests more variety while still keeping that lovely à la carte experience. We stayed in a swim-up suite, and it was unreal. The view of the sea and the views of the beach from the patio were absolutely beautiful. The room itself was amazing — modern, spacious, and felt very special. The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but I loved the fact they had a pillow menu, which we even got to choose from before arriving. The room was modern, with a bit of wear and tear, and I guess that is normal for any hotel. However, I do think they should ensure that at least for the Posh Club rooms, wear and tear does not show as much. When you are paying extra for that upgraded experience, those small details do stand out a little more. My only nag with the room was the light for pressing “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean Room”. It was right next to the bed and shone bright blue, with no way of turning that light off. This did take away from having such a dark room, even in the day when we used the blackout blinds. It is a small thing, but for people who like a properly dark room, especially for sleeping, it does make a difference. I should hopefully be posting my YouTube review of the room, because it was worth the upgrade to Posh Club — not only because of the amazing view from the room, but also because of the best customer service. Ibrahim, our cleaner, thank you for how meticulously clean you kept our room. I know I can be really fussy and very critical about hotel cleaning, but Ibrahim was thorough and made sure it wasn’t just a quick clean. He was very diligent in keeping the room clean, and whenever we left the room in the morning or midday, by the time we came back, Ibrahim had done his job and done it well. Thank you also for the wonderful towel art. I always looked forward to seeing what creation you would come up with next. It is those little touches that make coming back to the room feel exciting and thoughtful, and Ibrahim really did a brilliant job throughout our stay. My review really focuses on the Posh Club, as I have been to many all-inclusive resorts around the world and each one has its upgrades. Most are not even worth it, but the Posh Club at White Hills really was. It was not just the rooms or the lounge; it was the full experience. Within 48 hours of booking, someone from the Posh Club reached out, letting me know my extra perks, such as having a return transfer to and from the airport, noting down our food preferences, and making the experience feel personalised before we had even arrived. At the theatre in Tal Avenue, being able to sit front row and have our own section was also a lovely touch. I could go on, but the amenities were some of the best compared to a lot of other all-inclusives that make you pay extra for nothing really. With White Hills Posh Club, you actually feel the difference. There were a few mistakes, for example, I had emailed earlier on and noted not to have Coke in the minibar and to just have Fanta and Sprite, but we came to a room with Coke etc. These are the little things that could elevate the service to become true, consistent five-star service. It was not a major issue, but when everything else is so good, those small details are what would take it to the next level. Ahmed Maher and Manager Mohammed, can I say you both are doing an excellent job. Even during my six-day stay, I saw small improvements along the way. You both lead and guide your staff with such ambition and excellence. We need more of you in the UK hospitality industry! It was clear that the team cared, and that comes from leadership. The way the staff worked, improved, communicated, and treated guests showed that there is a real standard being set. Ahmed Maher and Manager Mohammed should be proud of the team they are building. The hotel is literally around 10–15 minutes away from the airport, so the transfer was not long at all. Check-in was wonderful despite us arriving late at night, and the late arrival did not take away from the service. We even got to eat, so thank you to the chefs for catering despite our late flight in. The actual look, vibe, and aesthetics — as we now say — of the hotel is an influencer’s dream, or a dream for anyone who loves taking pictures. The use of plants and greenery made the hotel outstanding. You could find a photo spot anywhere, and when it lit up at night, it was even more gorgeous. I will say the breakfast buffet was amazing, and we did venture there just to have something different from the Posh Club. There was a lot of choice and it was nice to mix things up. I usually stay in adults-only hotels, but the way White Hills was set up, it still had adults-only parts, and the entertainment was not just for kids but for adults too. I loved the burlesque show and the acrobatics. The entertainment felt classy, fun, and well thought out. One plus also is the location to Soho Square, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel if you want to stretch your legs and have a change of scenery. White Hills is not a place where you will get bored. It is laid out very well, with activities throughout the day, but if you just want to chill, you absolutely can. That balance is what makes it such a good resort. Overall, the Posh Club made the stay feel special. From the room and the views, to the drinks, food, service, lounge, and personal touches, it was an experience I would genuinely recommend. But most of all, it was the people who made it unforgettable — Habiba, Mahamood, Issac, Mohammed, Ibrahim, Ahmed Maher, Manager Mohammed, and the chefs. Thank you for making our stay at White Hills Resort Sharm El Sheikh so memorable. I would absolutely return, and I would definitely book Posh Club again.
