White Hills Resort

I have just returned from The White Hills Hotel, Sharme el Sheikh, the whole complex is spotless. Prior to flying out i had read positive comments about all the rooms and services. I stayed in a Posh Club room. Upon arrival I was greeted by Habiba, her attention and help throughout my stay was perfect, right up until the moment that I checked out for transport to the airport. Habiba is a great asset to the hotel. Thank you to Habiba, you are wonderful, i would like you to know how easy you made my stay, I hope to see you when I visit again. By choice I took all but one of my meals in the Posh club restaurant. The service provided by Maher and his team was second to none. I cannot remember everyone's name so will not try, all of the team in the restaurant offered great service with a smile and friendliness, making you feel looked after. Thank you to Maher and his team, you are amazing! Mahmoud at the bar was always friendly and smiling, remembering what your drink was. He was great. Thank you Mahmoud, wonderful. Also other staff, lifeguards, Ali and Islam, always had smiles and checked to see if dry towels were needed. Staff worked hard and none stop. I cannot praise them enough. I am thankful to each and every one of them. I had the most wonderful stay. I definitely would recommend and look forward to returning.

5/5 This hotel was beautifully designed and aesthetic was perfect! we loved everything from the spacious pool areas to the bars dotted all around the resort within very close distance was great! We very much appreciated all the staff and the hospitality was very professional and very nice. There was so much to do down on the beach and by the pool area lots of fun things to do! a great atmosphere. A beautiful beach with stunning sea life and corals. The dining and restaurants were lovely and clean with delicious foods and deserts. Snack bars also that offer food during the day down on the beach. overall a great holiday!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Food was good with lots of choice. Animation team was very nice and helpful with lots of information. Waiters were very quick even when they were busy. We definitely would like to return to this resort. Out of all the hotels we have been in Egypt this is top for sure.

This was our fifth visit to White Hills in two years. The food was delicious, the alcoholic drinks were superb, and the room was lovely. We have many friends there, and since my partner and I weren't feeling our best, we received exceptional service. Where do I begin? Our best friends are Chico, Mahmoud Eid, and the manager of the Posh Club restaurant, Ahmed Mayer. Due to my back injury, I couldn't leave the room much, but thanks to Mr. Waheed, the room service manager, and his team, we never missed a meal delivered from the restaurant to our room. Thank you to Mr. Waheed for his assistance the night we went to the restaurant. With the daily tuk-tuk delivery of drinks, we felt valued and safe at the resort. We didn't see many people we knew, and Mr. Hani Ali was available if we needed anything. Special thanks to the assistant hotel manager, Mr. Agami, who made it all possible.

This is an awesome place, we’ve got greeted very nicely and the sensation of checking into a fresh room with a sunny look out of the window was quite beatiful. We’ve liked the food in the restaurant, kids like desserts specifically and they’ve liked kids clubs very much. I’ve been in Luxor before and I’ve never thought that a hotel can enhance it so much! Reccomending it to the family stayers, this one is the best in sharm!
