White Hills Resort

Me and my boyfriend was at white hills resort for 10 days vacation and it was absolutely a perfect vacation and we had so good time at this hotel. Good parties with good atmosphere from animation team, specially Maia❤️ she showed us around and took good care of us and recommended til asian restaurant (mazouko) I think the name was, it’s was amazing! Our room was beautiful and clean everyday with great view! Overall 100/10

A beautiful hotel can impress you, but it is the people who truly make you remember a place. During our stay, we were fortunate to meet some exceptional people who made us feel genuinely welcome and turned our holiday into something very special. A special thank you to Mr. Karem for his kindness, attention and wonderful hospitality throughout our stay. My sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Ayman Nassim for the warm hospitality and for the incredible festival on Sunday. It was truly impressive. You could see the amount of effort, passion and attention to detail that went into organizing such a beautiful event. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. A big thank you as well to the PC Lobby team. Always welcoming, attentive and ready to help with a smile. To Mina, the bartender — thank you for the outstanding service. Always polite, professional and attentive. Your attitude and the way you take care of your guests represent hospitality at a very high level. To the housekeeping team of Suite 46102 — thank you for your hard work and excellent service. Such a kind, hardworking and cheerful team. Everything was always perfectly clean and beautifully taken care of, and your smiles made the experience even better. And of course, Farouk at the beach bar — simply amazing! A true professional, naturally funny and always full of positive energy. Great service, great personality, and someone who knows exactly how to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. Finally, my heartfelt thanks to the entire White Hills family, including all those working behind the scenes whose efforts may not always be seen but are certainly felt. There are many beautiful hotels around the world, but genuine hospitality is something different. It comes from the people, the smiles, the small details and the feeling that you are truly welcome. You didn’t just provide excellent service — you created beautiful memories for us. Thank you for the hospitality, the professionalism, the kindness and all the wonderful moments. The hotel is beautiful and modern, with a great atmosphere and stylish design. The grounds are well maintained, with plenty of lovely spots for walks and photos. Even though I was traveling solo, I never felt lonely — there were many young guests, and the entertainment team created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the pools, evening shows, and parties. There are plenty of opportunities to stay active, but you can also relax and enjoy the sea. The beach is excellent, the water is crystal clear, and the reef near the hotel is absolutely stunning. Snorkeling every day was one of the highlights of my trip. My room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. The food was varied, and I found something delicious to try every day. I would definitely love to come back again.

I’m proud to say that this experience was a stroke of luck—wonderful, truly wonderful—as it was undoubtedly one of the most exceptional experiences I’ve ever had on the Sinai Peninsula—from the warm welcome and gracious reception by the check-in staff, to the service providers, all the way to the rooms — everyone I interacted with was highly professional, and the experience was capped off by the amazing hospitality of the entertainment team and its members, especially Malak 🎉 She was friendly, respectful, and excellent at communicating with and welcoming guests, as well as encouraging them to participate in activities. The restaurants are beautiful, and food is available all the time. The hotel lobby radiates an incredible positive energy, and the aroma there keeps you smiling the whole time. Of course, I’ll be back here again, God willing ❤️ 🎉.
