White Hills Resort

This resort, it’s very bad trying to stay here stuff in it’s not friendly at all. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here price it’s the bill than any resort here. Stay in four season resort the price it have done this resort. Be careful. Be careful. Be careful before to make a reservation in this resort believe me it’s not friendly at all.

The resort is comprehensive in terms of service, except for the restaurant and daily activities, which are very different. During this trip, I moved between several hotels, but White Hills was the best and greatest. I thank Shania by name.

I can say my experience was exactly what I expected on TikTok, I saw all the videos and reviews and I wanted to see the hype for myself, and I was amazed, I celebrated my birthday and the staffs made it extremely special down to my room being decorated nearly every night of my stay, a birthday cake was presented in my room, a room upgrade was offered to me which made it extra special, the hotel Reps were amazing also especially shania she made my stay so welcoming and accommodating, always updating me on functions through out the day and night she’s an lovley addition to the white hill family. The food,drinks,staffs,scenery everything was amazing for me to write such a long review will tell you I’m by far happy and I will definitely stay again

Been back in England for a couple of weeks. Family with 3 children 20, 18,16. We had a great time , hotel is so clean and tidy. Food was 8/10 Rooms 9/10 Staff 10/10 Location 10/10 We booked a cabana at the beach for a few days and can honestly say it was fantastic, We were looked after by Sami and he couldn’t do enough for you so polite. Kids loved doing selfless as the location is unbelievable. Tassen lovely lad in the entertainment team. Would always speak and make sure we felt involved and happy. Mohammad at the Bar first class health bar looked after the family so well an absolute credit to the hotel. Shady was first class in the reception bar looked after me and the family so well. The hotel is a mixture of people from different countries and I think that makes it special. Always something to do day and night.

We have had an amazing stay at White Hills Resort Sharm. There was a little bit of miscommunication when we first arrived, but once that was resolved, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff could not do enough to make our holiday special and enjoyable. Every member of the team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Agamy, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. His professionalism and dedication really made a difference to our holiday. We would also like to give special recognition to Abd Elhamied Shika, whose customer service has been exceptional. He has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay, always making sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. Thank you to everyone at White Hills Resort for making our holiday so memorable. We would highly recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future!
