Very convenient location close to the slopes. Good value for money. Reception staff are very helpful and cooperative. Overcharging for the towels though. Rooms are quite small and are too tight for 4 people. Overall, a good place to stay and would come again.

First impressions at Azureva left me and my fourteen year old son shell-shocked when we were shown into our shoebox-sized apartment. We were not expecting luxury having read previous reviews but were stunned to be told we would be sharing a sofa bed situated in the dining kitchen .. The only other "rooms" in the apartment being a loo and small bathroom. We were lucky though .. Seeing our disappointment, the receptionist found us another room very quickly. It was much better with bunk beds in a bedroom plus the arrangement described for the first room. This, presumably was intended for four people and not just two and I can imagine it would have been a very tight fit if everyone was at home. The place is clean and tidy but possibly due in part to the fact that guests are charged a cleaning fee and then expected to make and strip their own beds and clean the apartment top to bottom as well. Not a problem but it left me wondering what the fee was really for! A word about the staff .. Excellent. They were helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay as easy as possible. You are in Les Menuires to ski and the location of Azureva is fine for access to the slopes although my son and I preferred to take a shuttle bus to La Croisette for access to the runs he was keen to learn on. There is a very good blue called Boulevard Giraud and a green called La Violette which can be accessed with a debutante pass from the bubble cars at the centre of La Croisette .. Ideal for building confidence. the main blue into the centre of the resort is a bit steep for beginners and can be icy first thing. There is a good selection of reasonably-priced for the Alps places to eat and drink around Les Menuires and we enjoyed great weather during our stay 8 - 12 April. A beer? .. Six Euros for a large one .. Half that price during happy hours.

This is really a time-share condo. It is bare bones - you have to pay extra for towels, and don't forget to bring everything, including soap and toilet paper. The location is excellent. The building and rooms are very sparse and quite old. Many outlets did not work. It is not very clean to start, and gets dirty very easily. However, it is very cheap and in a good location that has everything. The ski resort is incredible in size and variety. The staff is helpful but not accessible except during certain hours.
