Terrible experience,I do not recommend this place to anyone. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There were stains on the walls, a hole in the door, visible footprints everywhere, dirty dishes, trash left behind by previous guests, a broken sofa, stained bed linen, mold on the walls, and stains all over the carpet. Dirt was literally everywhere. On top of that, there were glass shards on our terrace, which was especially unacceptable and dangerous. We immediately reported these issues to the reception, but the staff was unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Their response was that the cleaning staff had already gone home, and we were told either to clean the room ourselves or wait until the next day for someone to come, and sleep in these conditions in the meantime. As “compensation,” they offered that we would not have to clean the room at checkout (which likely explains why the room was in such a terrible state when we arrived). The accommodation is advertised as four-star, which is absolutely unrealistic. Aside from the location, there was nothing positive about this stay. One of the saunas was not working at all, the doors were rotten, and the overall condition of the property was extremely poor. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this accommodation.

I see a series of the worst ratings, which is completely unrealistic, so I added a little to make my rating excellent (very good is more realistic...). I travel quite a lot and have been to both the worst and the best accommodations. Before I chose this accommodation, I studied everything that is important to me for a vacation. The location is excellent. The nearest ski lift (Valle Blanche) is literally 20-30 m from the apartment. The Belle Etoile ski lift is a few minutes walk away. Parking in the garage. The first shop is a few dozen meters away. Emergency service in the building. Ski pass collection opposite the building. Tourist information office across the street. Gas station a hundred meters away. The first good restaurant next to the building. Bus stop in front of the building. I chose apartment T6 even though there are four of us, knowing that it would be more comfortable for us considering French standards. This is not a hotel, but an apart hotel and this should be taken into account. It is clearly stated how and when to enter the apartment, how and when to leave, how to maintain cleanliness, how much the deposit is, how much parking is, when the pool is open, etc. The team at the reception was kind to us, and we were kind to them. Check-in on Saturday at 5 pm took 10-15 minutes, btw I saw that there is also an online check-in that no one uses. They helped us remove the Thule from the car and store it safely, so that we could enter the garage. I took the vacuum cleaner that we found broken to the reception and the technician fixed it in two minutes. When we left the apartment, we cleaned it together with the children, vacuumed it and left it clean and tidy. I noticed that most guests did not have a problem with it, that the children were laughingly carrying the sheets to the storage room and that everything went without stress. The pool, although it said it was open until seven, was open until at least nine, maybe later, but we did not stay longer. The water was extremely warm, especially in the jacuzzi. The saunas were also hot. The atmosphere at the pool and in the saunas was cheerful, considering that the guests were mostly families with children. The gym is tidy and not crowded. The kitchen is well equipped. We had no problems with the return of the deposit, after all, it is a common procedure for this type of facility. No one knocked on our door in the evening to calm down, I guess we were normal and polite. I know about the problems with managing such facilities, so I would draw the manager's attention to better maintenance of the common areas. There are things and small details that need to be fixed, but you know that yourself. Also, I assume that those who give you bad ratings have their reasons for doing so, but we did not have such an experience. If we come to L2A again, we will be happy to rent the same apartment.
