Although on the furthest edge of the ski area was nonetheless easy to get to and from the whole area, even getting to the Vanoisse Express in 65 minutes from first lift opening at 0900 hours. Ski in/out at rear of hotel but can be a bit icy for less experienced skiers. Ski/boot room very spacious with numbered racks for skis the same as bedroom number. No heated boot racks though however boots could be partially dried off on the towel rail in your bathroom. Very friendly staff throughout hotel and reception staff very helpful. Can't check in until 1600 hours however there is a luggage room to leave luggage and get changed for a half days skiing on arrival day. Bedroom was spotlessly clean and spacious with views onto the slopes at the rear. Comfortable enough bed . Super hot and powerful shower probably the best I have ever used on a ski holiday. Towels changed as often as you wish.Room cleaned every day. Only one English Channel . Good wi-fi in room. This was the first ever all inclusive ski holiday I have booked and was well worth it. The food was excellent and were spoilt for choice with evening buffet, even the wine was very palatable. Picnic facilities for lunch time were of a very good standard although probably best to bring your own plastic containers with firm lids as ones provided were not that secure. Cant fault anything about our stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent hotel, ski in and out, lovely staff, food excellent, quiet and friendly-very easy transfer from Lyon stayed with 3 other people - twin room and a family room all great clean rooms. Would recommend.

The location is excellent, and the food is amazing. The staff members are kind, friendly, and helpful. The room is clean and cozy, with towels provided. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the food to the shuttle bus and ski rental. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will certainly return.

Friendly, relaxed, comfortable but basic hotel. Good location for skiing in La plagne and (for the more intrepid) les Arcs. Food is varied and plentiful - not haute cuisine, but healthy and homely. Drinks are on tap - we liked the vin chaud! Staff are very helpful. Other guests were chatty and happy. We loved the ski hire on site.

Good hotel all around and good food. Need drying room for boots Rooms need to have open plan areas to hang wet ski kit and more shelving for gloves helmet etc In place of the two small wardrobes
