Ha they call this a Novotel . Dark and dodgy area. Staff who are arrogant and non caring .?lifts didn’t work at peak times and staff directed customers to use the fire stairs . Room didn’t have enough power points to watch tv , have lights on or charge phones . You could only do one at a time! Breakfast pathetic effort if you were on a tour group . Don’t stay here .
