Oceania Paris Porte De Versailles

An ok hotel in Paris, but could be better. The rooms are typical Paris size, so pretty small! If you have anything other than an overnight bag or carry on case there is nowhere to put your luggage. The bathroom is good, but the main shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom so everything got wet. The reception desk staff were great, very friendly and helpful. But, the bar was the main reason I did not rate this hotel higher. One evening, returning to the hotel after dinner, we went to the bar for a drink, one of our party was served & we were then asked to take a seat and they would take our order. After waiting 30 minutes and asking 3 times if someone could serve us we gave up and left. The bar staff were rude and blatantly refusing to serve us.

Lovely hotel Wonderful breakfast Rooms are spotless very clean so lovely Pool area is super Breakfast 10/10 Can I please suggest you don’t allow others to take photos in the swimming pool this was the only downfall for me and I wish some staff could have stepped in Thanks all it was a lovely time 🙏🙏🙏

Lovely hotel, modern and comfy rooms, great beds and great showers perfect for a 3 day family stay. 1 hour walking g to lifelong.tour and a swimming pool.

We stayed at this gorgeous hotel in Paris for a quick trip to explore the Eiffel Tower, and it was absolutely perfect. Before heading out, we had a fresh, delicious drink at the hotel bar, which set the mood for our evening. Seeing the Eiffel Tower up close was magical, and after taking in the beautiful views, we headed back to our fantastic hotel. The pool and sauna were exactly what we needed to relax after a long day of walking. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and luxurious. Overall, this hotel made our short trip truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris! ✨🇫🇷

A lovely hotel just outside the centre of Paris. Easy metro connections from Gare du Nord to Porte de Versailles. Then a small walk down the road worth noting some serious roadworks going on, but doesn't effect the hotel to seriously. Friendly staff on entry, and checked us in very quickly. Don't forget you will be charged a city tax and €100 a night incidental holding charge, however this is refunded very quickly within a few days. Room was clean and well maintained, coffee machine that I finally worked out how to get hot water from for tea. Staff were all friendly greeting you in passing. Gym was very small but a few machines and work out mats, so does the job for a gentle work out. The spa was the only thing that was not as good as we hoped, doesn't open until 10.30, the steam room didn't seem to work on any day, the jacuzzi and water flow were never on and does need some love and a touch more hot water. But still enjoyed a small relaxing hour in the pool. Breakfast if not included in your room is €22 which is you are with people who get up earlier than my friends you can get a good value for money for that, was fresh and well cooked for what we had so close to closing and staff were friendly yet again. I didn't experience the bar, however my friends did and they said it was nice and the restaurant was reasonably priced for food and good quality, so definitely worth checking out. On check out no issues in holding our bags while we visited paris and collected on way back to eurostar. All in all great service, nice hotel just need some love to the spa.
