First-class experience. The staff was lovely, friendly, and highly professional, and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The rooms are immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are heavenly comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful and made with top-quality products. I can’t recommend this place enough — a truly special hotel with real soul in Paris.

Our stay at Villa Modigliani turned out to be perfect right from the start. My family chose it for its good location in the Montparnasse neighbourhood and its proximity to many metro stations, without realising that we would be staying in a true oasis of peace. The hotel is a historic building, very well maintained, tastefully furnished and you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you step into the reception. The staff, as well as being extremely kind and helpful, are highly skilled at dealing with any kind of request very quickly, discreetly and without interfering with guests’ plans. Choosing Villa Modigliani as our accommodation for our stay in Paris definitely helped us to enjoy a few days of total relaxation, we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Lovely hotel :) great location with lots of nice cafés and restaurants close by, we loved the Breton crêperies. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. It’s a relaxed, very well-presented, and wonderfully quiet hotel because of the soundproofing. Several metro stations nearby, a gorgeous courtyard: a perfect location for a romantic getaway :) Merci à tout l’équipe de l’hôtel.

I stayed here for 3 nights, only requested cleaning the house once( on my 3r day). But the cleaning lady did not do her job. My sheet/bedding was still dirty with hairs all over. She did not change any of the beddings. She did not make the bed properly. She did not organize the hair dryer. It did not live up to 4 star hotel standard.
