Vacances Bleues Hotel Villa Modigliani

This was a great hotel. The neighbourhood it’s located in was beautiful and had a great vibe. When visiting Paris safety was a concern but the area was completely safe. The rooms were larger than what we had at other hotels when we previously visited Paris. The local shops and restaurants were all excellent and priced well. We didn’t experience any tourist traps. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The entire experience made me excited to visit Paris again in the future.

Loved the hotel, the room was spacious, breakfast delicious and friendly staff. Close to restaurants, markets, metro and bus stop. Super quiet and clean!

So very dissapointing. We had to remove the mattress from the bed ourselves to ensure it was vacuumed . Clouds of dust . Should have been replaced . The cleaning staff were very helpful sadly I cannot say that about the front of house staff. We stayed 3 nights and only had the mattress vacuumed on last night. When we informed the front of house staff in French that on all 3 nights mice were running over the outside tables where people eat, Axel at front of house had the check to say “there are 6 million people in Paris and 12 million mice , what do you want me to do about it@ really not at all good enough . We shall definitely not return .

Our travel agent recommended this hotel after staying there herself. The hotel did not disappoint. It is close to countless restaurants, cafés, stores and Metro stations, yet it is set back from the street. It has 2 courtyards which provide ample space to enjoy conversation, a glass of wine or a takeaway meal. The front desk staff is available and friendly. Matthias and Alicia especially, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was well equipped and recently renovated. Housekeeping did a thorough job. We would stay at Hotel Villa Modigliani again.

Enjoyed my stay a lot! Perfect rooms, the terrace is the perfect place to chill and the staff is super! I came with my friend and got to know the concierge, a very nice gentleman working in reception, Guilherme, he was the nicest staff ive ever gotten the experience to talk to. He helped me with everything i needed, even late at night helped me with everything i requested, he also very kind a willing to talk anytime! 5 stars for him! Thanks
