Alila Ubud

My stay at Alila Ubud was absolutely unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning—completely surrounded by nature and the peaceful jungle of Ubud. My room was beautiful, always perfectly clean, and smelled fresh every day. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor bathtub and rainfall shower. Being able to shower or relax in the tub while surrounded by nature was such a special experience. Breakfast every morning was incredible. The food was amazing, but what truly made it special was the women working at breakfast service. I was traveling solo on my first solo trip, and they made me feel so welcomed. Some of them honestly felt like mothers to me. They would talk with me, remember my name, remember the meals I liked, and share stories so I wouldn’t feel alone while eating. That kindness made my experience so much more meaningful. The infinity pool overlooking the jungle was breathtaking. Swimming while looking out over the trees and nature was better than I could have ever expected. This stay exceeded everything I imagined. I will definitely be coming back.

I stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room is very unique, inspired by traditional Balinese architecture. Although the design has a classic and slightly old touch, it is well maintained and still looks beautiful and charming. The view overlooking the valley and river is absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sounds of birds and even monkeys in the early morning made the experience feel very close to nature and truly special. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. I was very impressed with the hospitality at the restaurant — the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Alila Ubud is located a bit far from the central area of Ubud, but it is definitely worth it for those who are looking for peace and relaxation during their visit to Bali. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil escape surrounded by nature.

The outstanding feature of this beautiful hotel is the staff. Many have been there for years or even decades showing that its a great place to work. This comes across in their attitude and cheerful approach.
