Bali Beach Hotel

Every part of the resort was quality. Fantastic choice at breakfast, pool is huge but it’s the staff that make it special, they are so attentive and generally want to help you. The nightly cocktails are a bonus too

Definitely not a new hotel but well mantained. But pretty steep on the rate even for just a deluxe double bed facing the ocean. The restaurant we had dinner at was really below standard. Breakfast was great and staffs are polite. One incident was my room was not cleaned and when we complain, the excuse was out of this world! The house keeping cannot open the door!! And the next day, we and the room beside us was unable to access our room. First come the housekeeping...then came a lady maybe from receptionist...then came 2 men with ladders (for what??) Then came the duty manager who also had a hard time opening our doors. My question was : why not ask the technician. But after 40 minutes of valuable time wasted, the doors are opened at last and we need to pack and rush as we are going to the airport. Will I come back? Not really. There are many other hotel with better prices and much better room. My last hotel before this hotel is half the price and double the room size. Hope they improve.

We stayed at the Bali Beach for 2 nights then moved over to The Meru. Bali Beach room that we had was a bit tired and in need of an update . The Meru on the other hand was absolutely beautiful , it is more expensive to stay there though. I loved the pools in both locations. We enjoyed the complementary cocktails and canapés daily from 5pm to 7pm. The staff were absolutely amazing , from the check process to the buffet breakfast and the team that looked after our room. We didn’t think the food was great at the resort so ate out nearly every night . Special thanks to Anom who looked after us when we moved to The Meru , he was exceptionally helpful and very friendly . Nicole was lovely at breakfast , always very helpful. Overall we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend The Meru .

The Bali beach hotel is a fabulous place to stay. It's the oldest hotel in sanur but has been refurbished to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Mahendra on reception was particularly helpful. The rooms are excellent. It's a very busy hotel, but we were able to get a sunbed by the pool every day. It's is very clean and there were always staff going around cleaning. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stay at Bali Beach Hotel after they renovate all the room and facility 4oyears ago, I stayed here with my parent and siblings The hotel very nice, all staff very friendly and room are so nice and clean We can enjoy sunrise from our room because all the rooms facing east and beach view Location near to go to Denpasar by car and within 5minutes walking can reach many Restaurant in Sanur seaside Also near with Icon Mall which can reach by 10minutes walking We can rent bicyle and can explore Sanur area Will come again and recommen to my family and friends
