Each morning at 7 a.m., I sit in my villa’s private pool, watching the light cascade through the distant mist as it rolls over the wild jungle. Feeling the rain on my skin while the jungle hums around me has been deeply healing—like returning to a place that feels like home. The personalized attention to detail is second to none. The staff quickly learned my preferences—from juice combinations and tea to sambal and the way I enjoy my meals. Spa and river bath sessions eased tensions I didn’t realize I’d been carrying. Meditation, healing, and yoga gently guided me back to my center. I’m deeply grateful to Pak Gusti for guiding me through the water blessing. I feel more connected to the elements of nature than ever before. Melvin carries the comforting presence of an old friend—the kind you trust when you need to be looked after. Book it now! Currently staying at the Hanging Gardens of Bali in a panoramic pool villa and it exceeds expectations! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world e.g Six Senses Maldives, Pullman Phuket Arcadia and many more and this is truly an experience I’ve never had before. Firstly the hotel is incredible, right in the jungle, the staff are the most attentive and truly the most wonderful staff I have ever experienced. The hotel and grounds are kept and maintained like it’s just opened The breakfast is extraordinary, it’s not a buffet which I love but you can still order as much as you want and it is cooked to perfection! Lunch by the pool is a must and the dinner at three elements is truly amazing We came for our anniversary but will definitely be back! Amazing gungels with quit and relqx environment.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We loved every minute of our stay. Great attention, plenty of lovely details. It is expensive but location is unique and really one of a kind. The famous infinity pool itself is an experience (it was low season and we were alone!!), but we were also impressed by the views and the private pool of our family villa. Restaurant is great for breakfast and also provides exquisite fine dining and signature cocktails. We also tried the spa and it was the best massage we had during our stay in Bali.

A very special acknowledgment must go to Ayu, whose leadership in wedding planning and coordination was nothing short of exceptional. She carried an extraordinary level of responsibility with grace, precision, and complete professionalism—including the complex coordination of a surprise arrival of our daughters (before we even arrived), something my groom did not know was happening. That moment required an exceptional level of trust, discretion, and flawless execution, and Ayu delivered it with absolute perfection. That surprise added a deeply emotional and unforgettable layer to our wedding, and we are forever grateful to her for making it possible. The food was phenomenal—beautifully presented, thoughtfully curated, and consistently exceptional. Each meal felt like a celebration in itself. Our villa, the grounds, and the overall ambiance created a sense of peace, luxury, and intimacy that is difficult to put into words. The spa and people in the spa allowed us to take our bliss to a new relaxing level which was greatly appreciated after all of the travel. We still feel refreshed weeks afterwards. Our wedding was perfect. Our stay was perfect. And that perfection was the direct result of an extraordinary team who clearly take immense pride in what they do. Beyond the execution and beauty, Hanging Gardens gave us moments we will carry for a lifetime—breathtaking, emotional, joy-filled memories that we will never forget. These were not just photographs or events; they were moments that became part of our family’s story. We are already planning our return, and cannot wait to come back as husband and wife. Hanging Gardens of Bali will forever hold a very special place in our hearts.
