Hanging Gardens of Bali

Everyone at the hotel was absolutely wonderful; it was a fantastic experience. I have previously traveled to Ukraine, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and various places in Europe, but my stay here at The Hanging Gardens was the best experience yet. I truly hope that the management does something special for everyone who works at this hotel.

I had an unforgettable stay and left with nothing but wonderful memories! A huge thank you to Desak Win for being so kind and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, and the accommodation condition was clean, comfortable, and top-notch. I truly enjoyed every moment here and highly recommend it to everyone!

The hospitality of the staff is amazing. Our room is very nice and relaxing. Four thumbs up. 10 out 10. We enjoy our staying so much. Thank you!

An absolute masterpiece of a resort. We originally booked a 2-night stay at the Hanging Gardens of Bali but fell so deeply in love with the experience that we instantly extended for another night. From the very first minute to the second we checked out, everything was flawless. We stayed in a Panoramic Villa, which was incredible. The views over the lush jungle canopy were absolutely superb, and the entire estate has a peaceful, tranquil energy that lets you completely unwind. The villa itself was sparkling clean, and the housekeeping team was fantastic, discreetly refreshing the room multiple times a day. The location is magical, and thefood matches the scenery—the breakfast is absolutely amazing with a wonderful variety of delicious options to start your morning. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the extraordinary hospitality. Every single staff member we encountered from start to finish was always happy, smiling, and made us feel so genuinely welcome. While we don't remember everyone's names, the entire team’s positive energy made our stay unforgettable. A special, heartfelt thank you to Wira,Yudiani and Bela in particular. They went completely above and beyond to arrange traditional Balinese dresses for us and even personally helped us put them on so we looked perfect. This made our "Romance Under the Stars" private dinner an absolute dream. Dressing up in local attire and dining under the night sky surrounded by the jungle was a magical memory we will treasure forever. If you are looking for unmatched luxury, pristine cleanliness, and service that treats you like royalty, do not hesitate to book. We cannot wait to return!

This was a dream vacation, even better than I could have imagined. The staff is outstanding, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service. The care to detail in every corner of the property, the luxurious feel in the villa. The breakfast was also top notch. I will defend be back soon.
