Hanging Gardens of Bali

I want to recommend this place for many reasons first the beauty peace and the most important stuff specially the Manager GEDE , location was amazing. Nature was beautiful and the most important thing the silent. I hope you guys try this place and enjoy this can be once in life.

Our stay at Hanging Gardens was nothing short of extraordinary and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking jungle scenery, luxurious accommodation, and one of the most iconic infinity pools in the world. Every detail of the hotel is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful and unforgettable escape. Our room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering complete privacy with stunning views of the lush rainforest. The facilities throughout the resort were immaculate, and the infinity pool truly exceeded every expectation. However, what made our stay truly unforgettable was the incredible team. Luxury can be found in many places, but genuine hospitality like this is rare. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel incredibly special. They were consistently warm, kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was met with a smile and a sincere desire to make our stay perfect. We would especially like to thank Gung Adi, Purnama, Komang Mara, Bayo, Gede, Desak Win, and Ari. Your exceptional service, kindness, and attention to detail made our celebration even more meaningful. You are a true credit to Hanging Gardens, and it is because of people like you that guests leave with memories that last a lifetime. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so magical. We arrived as guests but left feeling truly cared for. We cannot wait to return to this little piece of paradise.

Hanging Gardens was an amazing experience. The resort itself was stunning, the service was top notch, and the food was a really great surprise. If we find ourselves in Bali again we would definitely return. A couple of staff members to highlight: we spent multiple mornings with Gusti the tour guide, who really enhanced our experience taking us through the villages, biking, and to a waterfall ceremony. He was one of our favorite parts of our trip. Candra, the Chief de Cuisine, was also great all trip. The Rasa Masa tasting menu was one of the best meals we’ve ever had, and he even remembered my wife’s favorite dessert and brought it to her later in the trip.

Stayed at Hanging Gardens of Bali and had a wonderful experience. The location is spectacular, surrounded by lush jungle scenery that creates a peaceful and unforgettable atmosphere. The views throughout the property are breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of staying here.
