Raffles Bali

Our stay at Raffles Bali was truly memorable from beginning to end. The panoramic pool villa was beautiful, with an amazing ocean view, and the entire resort felt peaceful and private. We especially enjoyed the dining experiences at Rumari and Loloan, as well as simply relaxing and spending time in our villa. What impressed us most, however, was the warm and attentive service. Our butler, Indri, took great care of us and was always kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. She helped make everything easy and comfortable, from arranging our activities and transportation to assisting us with our requests. We would especially like to thank Indri for making our stay feel so personal and welcoming. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a Panoramic Pool Villa as an ALL Platinum member and the generous late check-out on our departure day, which allowed us to enjoy the resort until the very end. Raffles Bali was a wonderful way to finish our Bali trip, and it is a place we would love to return to when we visit Bali again. We had a truly wonderful stay at Raffles Bali. From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious, peaceful, and exceptionally well taken care of. A very special mention goes to our butler, Sila, whose warm and attentive hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Sila made us feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout our time at the resort, always making sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The view from the resort is absolutely breathtaking—beautiful, serene, and even more impressive in person. Our villa was incredibly luxurious, spacious, and comfortable. It was honestly the kind of place that makes you never want to leave. The food was another highlight of our stay. Everything we tried was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, perfectly complementing the overall experience. Raffles Bali truly delivers an exceptional luxury experience, combining stunning surroundings, beautiful villas, excellent food, and outstanding personalized service. Our stay at Raffles Bali was nothing short of wonderful. The resort itself is stunning, with just 32 villas that create an intimate and peaceful atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by several team members, including our butler, Sila. Sila truly elevated our stay with his exceptional hospitality. He was attentive, anticipated our needs effortlessly, and even arranged a hospitality room for us before check-in without us having to ask. He also took care of our dining reservations and attended to us throughout our stay with just the right amount without ever being intrusive. Besides the lovely welcome amenities, we also appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake and flowers. And not to forget the turndown service with snacks and hot tea as well as souvenirs. Our villa was beautiful and impeccably clean. The real highlight was the outdoor area. It was the perfect space to relax and truly enjoy the villa. The private pool was noticeably larger than those at many other resorts we’ve stayed at in Bali. Dining was another standout. Dinner at Rumari was absolutely chef’s kiss with every dish being delicious, and it was impressive how they transformed something as simple as bakwan jagung into such a memorable dish. A special thank you to Dika, who looked after us during both dinner and breakfast. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead in anticipating what we needed. We also had lunch at Loloan, which we thoroughly enjoyed, though we would have loved to see a few more options on the menu. It was also a pleasure meeting Fernando and Bernadine, who were both genuinely warm and welcoming. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday during our stay, and it was heartwarming that so many members of the team knew about it and took the time to wish him a happy birthday. To us, what makes a truly exceptional resort is the combination of a beautiful ambience, genuine hospitality, and memorable food. Raffles Bali delivered on all three, and that’s what made our stay so special.

The food was absolutely delicious, whether at breakfast or dinner. What made dinner especially memorable was the traditional Balinese ritual before the meal. The team also thoughtfully introduced the restaurant’s philosophy and the inspiration behind the menu, allowing us to truly appreciate their dedication to providing exceptional service. Speaking of service, I honestly cannot think of any hotel experience that compares. Even before we flew to Bali, the team contacted me by email to ask about the small details that mattered to us, as well as any food allergies or dietary preferences. From the moment we checked in, every staff member seemed to know my name and my family’s food preferences. This level of attentiveness was not limited to one restaurant—it extended throughout the entire resort. We truly felt exceptionally well cared for in every possible way. Whether dining at Rumari, enjoying meals at the other restaurants, or experiencing the incredible in-villa BBQ, every meal was memorable. Our butler, Bella, was outstanding. She was always attentive, anticipating our needs and consistently going above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Bernadine, the manager, graciously accommodated all of our requests and ensured our experience was flawless from beginning to end. She even arranged a relaxing balinese massage at The Sanctuary. Every single staff member was genuinely warm, courteous, and attentive. We truly felt seen, heard, and cared for throughout our visit. The VIP airport service was also incredibly helpful, especially after traveling all the way from the United States. It made our arrival and departure effortless. Hats off to the entire Raffles Bali team for delivering such a personalized and unforgettable experience. We genuinely felt as though we were vacationing on our own private estate, with every detail tailored just for us.
