Raffles Bali

Just incredible - the whole place feels like it was run like a Michelin restaurant. The most gorgeous comfortable beds. Staff that are taking down notes on you and remembering your every need. They have visiting chefs and one night we were lucky enough to have a private chef's table meal with a Michelin Star chef who was visiting - very special. One day I needed medicine I had forgotten at home, and they went and found it for me from a local town within an hour. There was a bit of construction noise but honestly didn't bother us much. The view of the volcano was gorgeous. Honestly, once that construction noise is finished, I reckon this place might rank soon on the list of world's best hotels or CN Gold List relative to other places we've been. It was better service than the Ritz Paris or Claridges. We're definitely coming back.

First of all, the sunsets over the Jimbaran sea were absolutely magical. Even though the resort has just two restaurants, the food was so exceptional and beautifully executed that we dined there for an entire week without ever getting bored. While we initially chose Raffles Bali for its reputation for impeccable butler service, our experience surpassed all expectations. Our butler, Indri, went above and beyond to deliver flawless service, perfectly embodying the "The Butler Did It" philosophy. Indri’s genuine dedication reminded us once again why Raffles service is world-renowned. Unlike the more formal atmosphere at Raffles Singapore, Raffles Bali felt wonderfully warm, friendly, and deeply infused with Balinese charm. It made our week-long stay pure bliss. The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was the turtle conservation program at the Penyu Reserve. Getting to witness sea turtles coming to lay their eggs and participating in the turtle release program was a profound, once-in-a-lifetime experience. It was something we didn't even get to do during our honeymoon in the Maldives, which made celebrating our 2nd anniversary here all the more special and unforgettable. Raffles Bali Villas is hands down the best luxury resort on the island. Private pool villas with stunning bay views, total privacy surrounded by green jungle, and service beyond compare. Our butler took care of every detail, from surprise romantic arrangements to custom dining experiences. The cave dinner and spa massage were absolute highlights. The whole resort has a calm, tranquil vibe, no crowds or noise. Every corner feels elegant and peaceful. Worth every penny—cannot wait to come back!

Raffles Bali has beautiful villas with stunning views. The service is exceptional and guests are made to feel incredibly special. The dining options are wonderful and Loloan will have something for every palate. We were a family of 4 (including 10 year old children) and spent 3 nights at the hotel. Every request was attended to promptly and Raffles Bali is the perfect destination for rest and relaxation. The only fault is noise from a nearby construction site that filters through occasionally.

Staff very attentive to every need - all very welcoming, kind and knew us by name every time. Care was taken by all regarding a nut allergy. Due to high residency during our stay we booked two different villa types to achieve 5 consecutive nights - the Panoramic Ocean Villa and the Hilltop Villa. Both were fantastic with the Hilltop version being slightly smaller although offering more privacy and slightly higher up for the sunset view. Thank you to personal butlers Silla and Krishna for taking care of us on a daily basis too - will definitely return!
