Raffles Bali

We had our wedding at Raffles Bali's Presidential Villa in March 2026. Yes, the venue was gorgeous but the SERVICE was unmatched. Adi, our personal butler, was 10000/10. Incredibly attentive. Extraordinarily kind. Great banter and was a ball to have around! He also anticipated our needs and was 5 steps ahead. It was amazing not having to worry or stress at all - especially with all the family around. Adi went above and beyond and made our stay so so sooo special. Thank you, Adi! Also a very special shoutout to Debby (Senior Sales Manager at Raffles Bali) and our go-to person for everything wedding related at Raffles. She was ON TOP of everything and gave us sooooo much attention through the 1 year planning process. She's kind, very personable, empathetic. I couldn't say enough great things about her! She did a stellar job and made our wedding absolutely perfect ♥️

Excellent butler service Room also very nice

Everything was phenomenal! We’ve been updated to Hilltop Villa, a smaller villa but more private. In Raffles Bali, you will get the warmest services from the Butler team. You will get the response on what’s app for less than 1 minute. You can also make a reservation for other hotels’ restaurants with the butler team. We did make a dinner reservation at Cire in Alila Villas Uluwatu. For dinning, you will have the best options to choose in Raffles Bali. As I mentioned above, we had dinner at Alila Uluwatu; they are both exceptional. But to be honest, the taste, service and the vibe at Raffles were even better. For Spa treatment, it is very worth to make a reservation in their SPA. In the treatment room, the lighting, the bed and the therapist’s technique were truly impeccable. Thanks for all the staff, especially for our dedicated Butler - Mr. Sila, we had a great memory during our stay for 3 nights. We will definitely stay in the next future!

Our stay at Raffles Bali was incredible – easily one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived everything was seamless. There was no friction or over-explaining just smooth intuitive hospitality. The villas were exceptional – private beautifully designed and offering breathtaking views. Walking in instantly switched off. What truly stood out was the level of detail. Every touchpoint had been meticulously considered and nothing felt accidental. The villa setup, in-room touches and overall flow of the experience were all deliberate and expertly executed. The service elevated the experience to another level. It was natural and never forced. Sila, our butler, was amazing. He genuinely enhanced our stay, always anticipating our needs and making everything effortless. Food and beverage deserve a special mention. Gaetan and his team have done an exceptional job. The freshness and quality of the produce really shone through in every dish. The consistency attention to detail and overall execution across the dining experiences were seriously impressive. This is luxury – thoughtful high-quality hospitality at every level. Thank you team, we’ll definitely be back.

My stay at Raffles Bali was truly a wonderful getaway. I've tried various Bali properties over the years, but this was one resort that left me feeling completely recharged and refreshed after my stay, and I would definitely choose to return again. What stood out most was the warm and sincere hospitality from every member of the team. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we felt genuinely welcomed and recognised throughout our stay, whether it was at the gym, the main pool, or around the property. It was these thoughtful touches that made the experience feel so personal and special. A special shoutout to Thomson, Fernando, and Krishna for always being so accommodating and attentive. The food was another highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts at Rumari. Not only were they delicious, but the staff went the extra mile to remember my coffee preferences after the first day. They even thoughtfully adjusted the sambal to better suit my love for spicy food, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this is a stay I would strongly recommend to anyone coming to Bali! One small note is that the property does not have a beach for lounging, but the beautifully designed surroundings and private atmosphere more than make up for it.
