The Meru Sanur

I had a back massage with Manik at the spa and it was excellent. I am a sports massage therapist so you can imagine I have pretty high standards. It was also really refreshing to be offered 45 minutes treatment and actually receive 45 minutes treatment. So often in the UK, treatment time includes your walk to the room!

This is a great hotel in an excellent location for transiting DPS. Our room was spacious, very clean and on the top floor. We really enjoyed the Roso restaurant!! The concierge staff handled transferring a delayed package for us which was crucial to our destination.

We had a wonderful stay! The room has a really beautiful view, the staff are incredibly helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of options. One thing I particularly appreciate is how kids and baby-friendly this hotel is. They provide a baby cot, kids’ amenities, and even milk for little ones. These thoughtful touches really make a difference when travelling with a baby, and I was genuinely impressed. A special thank you to Ngurah, who was very attentive and helpful in assisting me and my baby during breakfast. Also, a big thank you to Yunita for her genuine care and attentiveness during our check-out. Both of them made our experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to thank the Housekeeping team for the lovely towel cake tower prepared as a birthday surprise for my husband. Such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated it! Overall, we had a lovely family getaway and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for families travelling with little ones!

I can highly recommend the Taru Pramana Spa. I had one of my best massages in Bali ( i live here) My therapist Yuda was so good i feel very relaxed now :-)
