TUI BLUE Berawa Hotel and Villas

We had an amazing stay here with our family and our son. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. The staff were always friendly, smiling, helpful, and attentive, which made our experience even more special. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Everything you could need is nearby, with shops and other conveniences only 1–2 minutes away on foot. This made our stay with our family especially easy and enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was truly excellent. We would especially like to thank the wonderful restaurant team: Parisna, Triyan, Salim, Nia, Gus Agung, Khana, Cok Wahyu, Gede, Nari, Nova and Winda. Thank you for taking such good care of us and always making us feel welcome. A huge thank you as well to the reception team: Sagung, Selina, Ningsih, Laksmi, Ajung, Angga, Izan, Chris, Indra, Cahya, and Noldi. Everyone was kind, professional, helpful, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed something. What really made this hotel special was the people. When you travel with your family and your child, feeling comfortable and well looked after makes a huge difference, and the entire team made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday such a wonderful experience. Stayed for one night at the end of a tour as location is good for the airport. A very busy location with everything on your doorstep. Very friendly hotel… smaller room than expected but very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. My moan would be that the room kept smelling of cigarettes… almost like it was coming through the vents!?????

good hospitality! staffs were all really friendly, accommodating and kind. rooms were clean and breakfast buffet food were all good too with wide variety of choices. located in a good spot with multiple different clubs nearby if you wish to party. enjoyed our stay and infact we’ll definitely book here in the future if we ever visit bali again. much love 💕
