EM Hotel Venus

Very nice location, staff is very helpful and dedicated . Very clean hotel , incredible view from my room. Close to the sea . In the heart of Gabicce mare. We were on a cycling trip, very nice rides in the area

We passed one week in this hotel with my parents and my husband and that was a very good experience for all of us. Ma parents were very happy because of the sea and meal at the restaurant. Me and my husband were very happy because of our tennis classes with Duilio and Cesare. All staff in the hotel are very pleasant and professional! Thank you very much! Maria and Mikhail

So noisy!!! Beach party every night right outside the window and music till 12:30-1:00am, then Bin lorry at 5:30am. The walls are so thin you can hear every sound and the floors have tiles so you can even hear people walking round upstairs on the next floor. Don’t come here if you want to get some sleep!!! Food not that special either, good job there’s plenty of restaurants near by.

Came the 1st week in June, resort and hotel were very quiet which was lovely as we often had the pool almost to ourselves. It is located just on the outskirts of the resort so very short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Would definitely return here for a relaxing week in the sun. We flew into Bologna with BA and caught the train which was a very stress free journey and quite nice to watch the countryside going by on the way down. Would recommend as quite difficult for UK residents to get to adriatic coast these days other than the dreaded ryannair.

We stayed here for one week in June 2017. The check - in was efficient and very friendly. Our room was a standard one so not much of a view but there was a small balcony with room for 1 chair and a little table, so we could have a little outside space. The room was an okay size with plenty of hanging space and a good supply of hangars. Wifi is free and good service. There was a mini bar with the usual assortment of drinks, mostly soft. There was a flat screen tv with lots of channels but no English speaking ones. There is a ceiling fan which was great as the air con didn't seem to be working well. The bathroom had a large shower (no bath) and good toiletries (no conditioner) and good quality towels, also slippers were provided. Everything was clean and well maintained. There is no tea/coffee facilities or iron in the room but that's not a major problem. The breakfast was good with hot and cold food available and lots of yummy cakes and pastries. We didn't have other meals there so can't comment. On Sunday there is a complimentary drinks party outside with lovely nibbles....really lovely. The beach facility is great with a very helpful attendant and the beach itself is well maintained and safe. The pool is a generous size, again with a helpful attendant. The gym was out of action but some equipment was set up outside for the very active guests(not me). i didn't use the spa except to shower in on our last day but it looked to be a good facility. There are lots of restaurants and cafe etc in the town which is a short walk away. This is a very friendly and well run establishment and I would love to stay again in the future.
