Hotel Reno

We slept in this hotel as a holiday package in order to visit mirabilandia. We chose this hotel because it's near the beach and in average distance from mirabilandia (not too close and not too far). We made the booking in a short instance, as we don't have plan to stay overnight. So we made the booking from the toll road in our way to reach the place, and we arrived at the hotel about few hours later and the reservations was already available and the room was already prepared. It was very good service, since the receptionist was also surprised because they only received the reservations only few hours earlier. We were satisfied with the fact that we can enter our room directly, the beach was literally behind the hotel and the hotel have also their own swimming pool. The bed was a bit hard (as for one night sleep i can live with it), the room was also clean and enough for me, my husband and my 4 y.o son. The breakfast was not as big as I imagined but it was enough variety from juices, hot drinks, breads, cereals, (cold) boiled eggs and yoghurts. Overall the experience was nice and the streets offers variety of restaurants and a game center was also available for the little ones.

I had booked 23 rooms at Hotel Reno for the World Dragon Boat Championships September 2014 for my Team from South Australia, for 8 nights. All rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was served early for us on the days we had to leave early. We all enjoyed the assortment of food offered for breakfast. We dined in for dinner as well, and each night we were offered many different meals which we all enjoyed. They even put on a little entertainment for us which we loved. One of the best things about this Hotel is the Staff. We all, 45 persons, asked many questions and requests and the Staff helped us every time. Great location, as 40 steps out of front door and you are at the beach. We had lovely cocktails on the beach. Shopping with beautiful fruit shop, supermarket, restaurants and other shops, easy walking distance. Yes, bathrooms are small, and some showers are almost over the toilet, but you are only in the bathroom for a little while. A lot of bathrooms are like this in Europe! No wi-fi in rooms, but downstairs in large lounge reception area, wi-fi was available, and many comfortable chairs or tables to sit at, with a bar available to have a drink while on wif-fi. I feel compelled to write a quick note about Hotel Reno - not only was my stay a particularly luxurious one (especially the towels) but Gianmaria was really great at helping me get under the skin of the Romagna region and its wines. Thanks also to Roberta who made sure that I got a good seat on the bus to San Marino. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of spending some time on the Adriatic coast. Questo hotel è stata una piacevole scoperta. Nulla da invidiare ad altri hotel più stellati. Camere pulitissime, personale gentile, ottima posizione, cibo buono e abbondante, prezzo concorrenziale. Una pecca: la piscina che non è riscaldata e neanche coperta di notte e l’acqua era veramente freddissima. Torneremo sicuramente ☺️
