Nice room, big and clean, staff is always welcome and ready to help you. Elisa and Deborah helped me to organise my trips around bologna, so thankful for them. The pool is very nice and big!

Overall the stay was fine. Room was quit spacious for a hotel in Europe. Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was included in our stay and was good. This hotel is outside the city center, which we knew when we booked. It was easy to get a taxi via the Uber app. There were a few negatives. The pool was closed during our two-night stay. The shower overflowed into the bathroom and main room almost every time we showered. Air conditioning worked, but didn’t cool down as much as we would like. Pillows were flat.

We (family of 4) booked the hotel becouse of large swimmingpool. On the website are pictures/video of long pool. We didn't know, that the pool was closed and backyard was in a mess. Rooms were dirty and breakfast was mediocre. We needed breakfastbags Last morning becouse of early flight and the bags were really bad: botlle of water, juice, croisant and partly empty buns. Gym was not a gym, it was very small room.

Nice hotel, meet Alice the frontdesk in charge. She is very accomodating, and kind.
