Park Hotel Serena

Byl na dovolené po dobu 10 dní s rodinou. 2 děti a 2 dospělí. Zaplatili jsme za nadstandardní balíček, který zahrnoval 2 plážová lehátka a slunečník vyhrazený na celou dobu pobytu. Personál byl velmi milý a ochotný. Místnost byla trochu malá pro 4 osoby, ale na to si zvykli. Není to moc. Na hotelovém parkovišti jsme měli vyhrazené parkovací místo. To bylo součástí balíčku. Část z drobného problému, kdy někdo jiný našel naše místo, byla dobrá. Personál byl ochotný a hned nám dal další místo. Při příjezdu bylo docela překvapující, že musím všem zaměstnancům předat všechny doklady totožnosti k fotokopii, ale předpokládám, že tak dělají věci. Bazén byl dobrý trochu studený a vířivka mrzla, protože studená voda byla vkládána každý den. Také to bylo trochu divné, že po není otevřený celý den, zavřel se ve 12 hodin a 30 hodin a znovu se otevírá ve 15 hodin. Hotel je na skvělém místě, 20 metrů od pláže a v okolí je spousta atrakcí a restaurací. Celkově tedy skvělý zážitek.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place is a hole! Super noisy, small, old, dark rooms. The bathroom is a disaster; the shower has to be "built" in the moment and once you are done, you can basically swim in the whole bathroom. I won't dry, so you have to throw your towels on the floor and then ask for fresh ones because they fail to refill them. You can hear EVERYTHING, we were on the 2 floor and could hear children screaming on the ground floor at the reception, with our door closed. No need to say how much you will hear from my neighbour's room and every single time someone is walking in the aisle. Breakfast was a MESS, not enough space to sit, children running and shouting all over the place. The pool is just a sad pond. Far from the pictures you see online. Nobody was using it..clearly for a reason. We go to Rimini every summer to visit friends.. we will definitely never be back.

We travelled here in July as a couple. We arrived late at about 3am. On arrival the night porter was very friendly even with limited English but he wanted to keep our passports which we weren't happy with so we requested them back. He didn't seem too happy but we weren't comfortable leaving them there as they were only left in a small shelf that is easily accessible and he wasn't always at the reception. We were very unhappy with our room as it was very small, so small we could barley open our suitcase and we had paid money for the "superior room". We decided to sleep and take it up with reception in the morning. The next morning we informed the receptionist that we had paid for the bigger room and we were told that these were only for people with families. We were not happy with this excuse and felt that we shouldn't have been able to pay for it as a couple if they were "only for families". She was very helpful though and did show us two other rooms that were the same size but laid out differently so they were a bit more spacious. But we felt this was okay and we could deal with it for the duration of our 10 day stay. The main con with the room was the bathroom. It was so tiny and it hadnt got a proper shower. The shower doors folded into the wall and the drain was in the floor so the whole tiny floor was soaking wet. Also, the balcony was tiny. The first room had one chair and a table and the second room had two chairs. There didn't seem to be room for two chairs and a table. The main pro of the room was the air con!! It was amazing and so quiet. It kept the room nice and cool at all times. On the first day we left the hotel to get some essentials and returned about 1pm and decided to go for a swim. We were informed that the pool closed from 12:30pm-3pm for reasons unknown to us. This was a complete deal breaker. We couldn't use the pool in 30 degree heat!!! We left on our third day when we found a more suitable hotel. When we were checking out we were offered subsidised accommodation in their sister hotel but we declined. Although we couldn't fault the staff, the hotel just was not suitable for a long stay. The breakfast was very good, it had plenty of selection. We didn't eat lunch or dinner there as it seemed too expensive but looked very nice. We really could not fault the staff at all. They were so lovely, if it wasn't for the pool we would've stayed just for the staff. There was a good selection of restaurants and it's right across from the beach. We especially loved the little bar across the street called bar Mozli!! Food was lovely and cheap and they brought out a free cheese board, pizza and snacks at 7pm!!

Great stay at the Park Hotel Rimini. This was our first trip to Rimini, the hotel itself is about a 15min bus trip or about 5 via the train from the centre of Rimini. Both train and bus cost around 2 euros from Rimini Viserba to Rimini. When we arrived we checked in and went up to our room, the room did smell a bit of stale smoke, and the balcony looked out on to a storage area at the rear of the hotel. We asked if it was possible to move to another room which the receptionist helped us out with. The second room was great, nice view over the pool and no smell of smoke. The room was very clean and tidy although they are a bit compact, but all we needed during for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, there was also a safe, and a small fridge in the room. The rooms arent very sound proof, however this was only really noticeable first thing in the morning when people are getting up for breakfasts etc. The location was really good, close to quite a few restaurants, a few bars and a handful of small supermarkets. The beach is a 2min walk. We did walk in to Rimini one day which took about 1 hour 20mins to the old town. I would recommend the hotel, the staff were great, all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very beautiful with nice sitting places and plants. The staf is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. The rooms are nice with compforteble beds. The food is fresh with a lot too choose from. It has a very nice pool and there is always a free seat. Its close to a beautiful beache, nice shops, bars and restaurants. Its a very good place for children and couples. The bus will take you to the center of rimini in just 10 min. On saterdaymorning there is a big market and the harbour is beautiful. Italian people are very friendly and the land is gorious! Drinks and food is very cheap but good. I wil definitly come here again!
