The staff were very kind and friendly, and the hotel has a great location, a lovely pool, and an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the bed was a major downside. The mattress was badly sagging and very uncomfortable. Overall, we had a nice stay, but after five nights, my back and neck are killing me. A better-quality mattress would make a big difference.

A pleasant hotel located right on the beachfront in Rimini. Excellent restaurant organization — individual tables are provided, and there is a wide selection of Italian cuisine, seafood, pastries, and fruit. Excellent beach organization – reserved spots with an umbrella and sunbed for the entire stay. The room was spacious, but the bathroom area was separated from the rest of the room only by glass partitions that were difficult to slide along their tracks. This posed a danger to both children and adults. The sink was inconvenient, and there was no privacy in a bathroom where you could close off either the shower or the toilet, but not both at the same time, due to the shared door. The terrace doors also slide on tracks and have no handle on the outside, which made things difficult. The hotel is located on one of the liveliest streets, featuring restaurants and shops; there is plenty to do in the evening, especially since the hotel also has a poolside bar.

A comfortable, clean, air‑conditioned room with a large balcony, exceptionally tasty food, great service, a long sandy beach, and a great location. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked a Superior Sea View room at this hotel 10 months in advance, I checked reviews and it all looked great. The hotel was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and everything looked fab. Our flights got changed five months before we were due to go but the hotel managed to book our rooms for the extra two nights. I emailed months ahead and requested a renovated room, I was advised that all the rooms were renovated. When the taxi pulled up I was a little shocked at how run down the hotel looked. The reception staff were lovely and off we went to our room!!! Whoa, no way had that room been renovated, it was awful. I went back to reception and refused the room. Where was the lovely room I booked on account of the pictures and why were we in the old part of the hotel. She gave us another room on the floor above which was nearly as bad. I refused the room but was told if we stayed in there one night they would move us the next day to the newer block that I had booked but at that moment it was full. The next day we were moved to the 5th floor in the newer building, the room was very basic ( more ⭐️⭐️ than ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). The bathroom was very dated and the shower was appalling. We had no hot water for four days and had to speak with the manager. The plus was the staff/breakfast/location of the hotel was great but I wouldn’t return.
