A tired hotel which needs serious investment to retain 4 stars - it’s 3 at best. Clearly some apartments are privately owned and look much better but you don’t know what you are going to get. Curtains holey and don’t close, beds very uncomfortable, rooms in need of redecoration. Stains down the walls that have not been cleaned. Bar/restaurant is not great - you’d be better off going to Desenzano by bus to experience far better quality food. On the up - pool is nice and staff friendly.

We had a fantastic week's stay here. A perfect combination of hotel facilities and apartment features in the room. We have two teenagers and the suite had plenty of space for us all. The addition of kitchen facilities was great for being able to prepare light meals when we didn't want to eat out. It was clean, tidy and the views across the pool to the lake were lovely. Breakfast was really good. We were always welcomed by a cheerful greeting and there was always a table available despite the hotel being very busy when we visited. A nice choice all of good quality, the hot chocolate and croissant with pistachio paste were particular favourites of ours. The pools were fantastic, we used them every day, even if just a quick visit after a day exploring. Again, always very clean and tidy with attentive lifeguards on duty. The loungers were the best we'd ever had at hotel pools and we never struggled to find some free whatever time of day. Having the choice of two pools with quite different atmospheres was great and we used both equally. We had a hire car for the duration of the holiday and the secure parking with roomy, numbered bays was really great for peace of mind. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Only 15 min walk to the lake front and the choice of restaurants and bars. Only 5-10 minutes drive to large supermarkets. Being at the bottom of the lake so many places were easily accessible. We walked up to the castle one day which was a nice change of activity. Overall a fantastic place to stay, we would definitely return!

Last min, family trip for 4 nights at this lovely hotel located in Lake Garda. Private gated parking, gated hotel which made us feel secure. Welcomed by lovely friendly staff at reception with a swift check in. Room was basic but clean and had all amenities you could need. Sofa bed in living room, 1 double bed room (comfortable beds), kitchen and dinning room with utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses pans etc... shower room with extra large soft towels for all the family and terrace - being located on the ground floor pool side was a bonus for our family. The pool was well kept, clean, comfortable sunbed, parasols with a life guard (7am to 7pm) with pool towels provided by the hotel this was a great addition for our family. Our booking included breakfast, this was basic but fresh and you were well looked after but the staff, with fresh fruit, pasties, breads, yogurts, jams, cereals, meats, cheeses. They serves sausages and eggs for the hot choice. With coffee, fruit juices and water available too. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable. We ordered pizza and burger to the room 1 night and this was extremely reasonable and tasty 😋. Hotel location is fantastic. 2min walk to gelato and bar 6min walk to lake 6min walk to multiple restaurants/bars 10-15min drive to train station 60min drive to airport Thank you for a wonderful stay, all. From the Payne Family 💜
