Hotel Bad Moos - Dolomites Spa Resort

Během lyžování jsme se zastavili na výborné kávě a nějakém dezertu v hotelu Bad Moon spa, je přímo u sjezdovky a nástupu na lanovku, super poloha a krásný výhled na místní panoráma, bezva hotel a služby.

Visited as part of a Crystal Ski package. Firstly on the skiing.....Crystal Ski market the area as good for beginners and intermediates. Got to say that we were misled. There is a blue directly outside the hotel but it is a tough blue and definitely not for beginners. The overall Drei Zinnen resort is not particularly well connected and the ski school (which we weren't booked into) required 2 separate bus journeys from the hotel. Overall the skiing was disappointing but it would have been fine for a very experienced skier. The hotel itself was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were comfortable. The spa is great and never felt busy although it was popular. The most positive element were the meals and catering. Antipasti was an excellent buffet and subsequent courses were table service. Many thanks to Marina and Davide for looking after us (amongst others). There is a cosy bar next to the restaurant. We stayed in the 'Residence' (not part of the main hotel) which we were happy with as we didn't fancy the 'Annexe' over the road which meant you would have to walk outside when going to dinner, the spa etc. Only one gripe for the hotel. No way to make coffee in the room and it wasn't possible to get a coffee until you formally went to breakfast.

A superb hotel,with great facilities,Food and Staff. Rooms excellent, went for ski holiday,right next to lift,ski in ski out resort.

Amazing experience, beautiful hotel and welcoming staff. Especially enjoyed Ingrid who welcomed us warmly and proffesionaly as well as her very fun Romanian colleague. We will definitely be coming back because of them and the ski resort.

The location of this hotel is great, next to cable car to go up to the beautiful mountain, beautiful hiking paths, outdoor swimming pool overlooking the mountain, great spa area and a gym. The meals are great! Plenty of choices and very good food for breakfast, tea (starts at 2) and dinner. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We are returning customers and we are so happy that it is still great for us!
