Aktiv- und Vitalhotel Erica

Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between. I’m already looking forward to returning, hopefully with another small group in tow. Until then – vielen Dank und bis später!

Thank you to team hotel Erica for making our stay memorable. The concept of the hotel with all in one is very recommendable. the food are superb from day to day. The service was very personal and very friendly. Everyone knows everyone most likely even only after 3 days. Peter, our Sommelier, is very knowledgeable on the wines from the region. Go find him and he will take care of you on your whole stay. Would also recommend to try the Bowtech massage. It really works on you! the only thing I wished was offered is the winery tour around Bozen or Tramin area. It would be ideal for people who are wine lovers and don‘t want to drive after enjoying some wines. Other than that, it was a very memorable stay in Hotel Erica. Will definitely come back!

Extraordinary mixture of services, gastronomy, wellness, care, Italian style with a lot of local influence. Not far from the fantastic ski resort Obereggen (shuttle available, very helpful, thank you guys!!!!), the hotel provides an interesting system of 3/4 pension, from which dinner is state-of-the art! Breakfast not to be underestimated! Its not cheap at all, but it worth every penny!!

Our arrival in Nova Ponente was already a great experience. It’s a beautiful, quiet little village in the beautiful sud Tirol. The owners son gave us a very nice tour around the area. When me and my cousin arrived at the hotel we enjoyed a very warm welcome. A nice pasta was prepared for us straight away. The owner of the hotel greeted us personally and we where shown to our room. The room was very nice with a beautiful view from the balcony. What made our visit truly exceptional is how we were treaties by the family that runs the hotel and tts employees. Also, the facilities in the hotel were sublime! The spa and wellness area was beautiful and very relaxing. As we enjoyed warm weather on our visit, the pool was a very nice plus. And so was enjoying a great wine in the hot tub after a day of breath taking scenery in the area. Forever grateful for this experience and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to just relax and enjoy good food and wine, be active and enjoy nature or do both!

Siamo stati in questo Hotel per Natale 2025 e siamo stati MERAVIGLIOSAMENTE! Ottimo Hotel a pochi km dagli impianti sciistici di Obergeen. Hotel molto carino, camere spaziose e ben arredate, complete di ogni confort, bagno immenso e pulizia impeccabile. La parte SPA e Wellness STUPENDA con una piscina interna ed esterna con acqua riscaldata. la SPA e' bellissima sia la parte "vecchia" con bagno turco, sauna ed altre stanze, sia la parte nuova con una sauna grandissima, lettini ad acqua con massaggiatore incluso e zona relax con lettini rialzati sospesi (come fossero altalene). la struttura e' a condizione familiare, super gentili e disponibili. Colazione squisita ed abbondante. Merenda dalle 15,30 alle 16,30 paragonabile ad un pasto per quanta roba di qualità c'e' da mangiare. Cena con piatti a scelta molto ricercati e di qualità. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito al coperto sotto la struttura raggiungibile con l'ascensore. Unica nota un po' negativa e' la consueta maleducazione di alcuni ospiti (specie stranieri!) che occupano i lettini nella zona della SPA per ore e ore! un maggior controllo e rispetto delle regole sarebbe opportuno per dare a tutti la possibilita' di rilassarsi! Ultima osservazione e' quella di far notare (specie agli italiani) che nelle varie sale della SPA si entra nudi senza costume (l'hotel mette a disposizione un telo con strappo qualora non si vuole rimanere nudi e a vista di tutti)...d'altronde e' cosi' che andrebbero affrontante le SPA ma noi italiani spesso non ne siamo a conoscenza. LO CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE!
