Opět trefa ! Popisovat co se tu děje nemá cenu musíte sem přijet! Jedná se asi o jeden z nej co jsem poznal , fantastická velmi dobrá kuchyně nic zbytečného vše originální , výborné. Pokoje jsou velké velmi profesionálně zařízené, útulné , příjemné . Bazén, sauna a veškeré zázemí absolutně umocní pobyt , prostě vše za 1 . Děti vemte s sebou jsou tu na ně připravené.

Do You believe the paradise exist? I do! The winter paradise really exist and its situated here in Falkensteiner Hotel Antholz. This is an amazing place where you will get full set of relax for both , body and soul. This is nog a place for the funs of the speed sky and extreme snowboard, disco and other noisy events but this a beautiful place for walking, cross country and hiking. The hotel situated. War the most famous biathlon arena in world and if you followed Biathlon World Cup you will enjoy to see the live picture by your own eyes. The diamond of this place the Anterselva Lake which is fully frozen at winter and open for walking. Its amazing. The next target is to go up to see the Stalle which will require about 2 hours walking up by the serpentine road then will he able to see the Anterselva valley from the top plato. Wonderful view. If you decide to go where suggest to start around 10am and you will be able to reach the plato around 1pm. You will also crossing the border with Austria on the top of the mountain and its a great opportunity to walk around half a mile to deg a wonderful strudeel in Alpengausthous restaurant. Its almost full during the lunch time and might be a waiting time to get the table. You can also rent a sled where to use for descent. Same you can return at the Enzianhutte restaurant located near the lake. I dont suggest to visit this place unless you need to go to the rest room. We were not satisfied with their cooking bit its always up to the individuals. The pearl of that hiking will be returning to the hotel where you will get a perfect spa center with excellent heated swimming pool , included underwater massage and possibility of swimming outside. Spa also equipped with two saunas and hammam. Many resting places and different manual spa procedures. Its really amazing. Full rest of body and mental. Another few words about food in hotel. They are providing half board. My first impression while first evening dinner was little frustrating. First view was like а Michelin star which i dint like because always hungry after but it was a really good and enough dinner. Filling well fed but not overload. The staff is very friendly and professional. This is about all staff in Hotel and not a restaurant only. They a really top level. Few words how to reach that place. If you are flying overseas the best way to arrive Venice airport and rent a car where. Dont worry about driving the snow roads. All are clean and maintaining well. Even better than some of the federal highways in North East. It will take around 4-5 hours to reach the hotel and some roads goes by the mountains. Not a really difficult serpentine. You will enjoy another perfect views during driving. Another option is to fly to Innsbruck and rent a car where. This is a shorter way but will require additional connections and time. We were using Venice for all of our trips last couple of tears which was more reasonable cost and time. There are some direct flys to Venice available from EWR and JFK. Finally I would the summaries this review as: Falkenstein Antholz is a really paradise for the winter vacation in case you need a smooth and relaxable week to get the brake from busy city life and daily routine. Suggest to all. You will never forget this visit. THIS IS A PLACE WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN

An excellent hotel just a 10/15’ walk from Antholz’s Biathlon arena and the beautiful Antholz alpine lake, the Falkensteiner features comfortable, spacious and clean rooms, although the toiletries and tea/coffee offerings are pretty basic, and an excellent cuisine, with well made traditional local dishes and generous portions. A special mention deserves the afternoon snack, both for its quality and choice as well as for its impressive presentation. Service and staff attitude is caring and pleasant. The spa (Turkish bath, bio and Finnish saunas, Knapp feet bath) is nice and well designed with large and multiple resting areas, although for the size of the hotel at times the saunas can be crowdy, but its management could be improved, both as far as refreshments and the towels availability are concerned. During our stay the Finnish sauna’ shower never worked, which is something should not happen. All in all a recommendable hotel that would particularly please the alpine hiking enthusiasts and, in winter, the cross-country skiers.

Excellent experience, from start to finish. Chose an active holiday with spa facilities, and was not disappointed. Great service, excellent food (3/4 board with whet was an effectively a 5-course dinner), beautiful rooms and a great range of activities. Hope to be back soon again.

A superb hotel walking distance from great cross country skiing facilities nestled in one of the most spectacular valleys in the Dolomites. Loved the spa, the dining was excellent (despite the odd mishap with non meat options), all dishes prepared to please the eye and palate. Staff were discrete, friendly and helpful
