Hotel Diamant is one of the best resorts we ever stayed at. They give you the outstanding feeling, that you are at home, with excellent & very creative food, especially the dinner! There is another healthy meal in the afternoon, alongside with live music, which you wouldn't find in other hotels. The breakfast has a wide perfect variety, and ensures a wonderful ski day. The spa area is above all expectations, including indoor & outdoor swimming pool, a hydro-massage pool, jacussi outside, souna & Turkish hammam. A free shuttle to the ski lifts, and a big smile from everyone in the crew, who are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are wide and well designed, the king size bed is extremly comfort. Very very recomended!!! 10 out of 10.

5 out 5 Diamant Spa Hotel Resort provided us with a wonderful winter vacation. Located in the heart of Val Gardena - Dolomite; their entire staff bring attention to detail and hospitality. For our winter holiday; they assisted us with SuperSki passes, coordinating ski rentals and a ski tour guide; our guide was Michele, he is a great ski tour host, amazing with families. We spend all 3 days being guided by Michele skiing Val Gardena, Alpe di Siusi, Alta Badia, Arabba, Marmolada, highly recommended him.

Our stay at the Diamant was simply fantastic. The hotel has a great location, is very clean, offers comfortable rooms and outstanding service. The entire team was always friendly, attentive, and helpful. We booked half-board and were delighted by the high quality and variety of the food. The afternoon snack deserves special mention: in addition to soup and bread, there was a wide selection of cold cuts, salads, cakes, and fresh fruit. After a long day of skiing, the hotel is the ideal place to relax – the spacious and clean spa area left nothing to be desired. Another highlight the hotel offers is a dedicated ski-guide. Our ski-guide Michele was absolutely professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area, and always with a smile on his face. Our international group was diverse in terms of ski-skills and age – and Michele did an excellent job of guiding everyone so that each of us felt comfortable, included and safe. The tours were perfectly coordinated and planned, and yet varied and exciting. Thanks to him, we not only experienced fantastic slops but also received valuable tips and got to know the region at its best. He even arranged the breaks at the mountain huts in such a way that a relaxed, friendly atmosphere was always present – as if we were hanging out with friends. We would love to come back and fully recommend the Diamant!

We are extremely satisfied with our stay at Hotel Diamant in Santa Cristina. Everything was simply perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere was wonderful — calm, warm, and very pleasant — making it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time. The location is perfect: very quiet, peaceful, and ideal for rest, yet still perfectly situated. This is something that truly has great value for many guests. We completely relaxed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming — we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very well organized, spotlessly clean, and attention to detail is visible everywhere. The room was cleaned every single day to a very high standard. The food was excellent, varied, and delicious. The spa and pools were very clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, with stunning views that make the experience even more special.
