Hotel Scherlin

Recepce byla velmi přátelská. Zarezervovali jsme si nadřazený pokoj a v prvním patře jsme měli velmi velký a krásný pokoj s krásným výhledem na údolí Ortisei. Pěkná koupelna a samostatné WC. Hotel má vlastní parkoviště pod hotelem. Existuje krásný venkovní a venkovní bazén (připojený), který jsme však neměli čas použít. Protože jsme byli na polopenzi, byli jsme požádáni, abychom byli mezi 7 a 7 v restauraci (také nádherný výhled). 30 hodin. Hotel každou noc podává studený a teplý salátový bar, první chod, druhý chod a dezert. Při snídani si vyberete svůj první a druhý chod. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá. Hotel má také útulný bar, kde si můžete něco vypít před večeří a po ní. Bylo to počtvrté, co jsem byl v Ortisei. Až se vrátím, neváhám a rezervujte si hotel Scherlin.

We have been coming to Hotel Scherlin for 15 years, in every season, and there is a reason we continue to return year after year. For us, this has become much more than simply a hotel in the Dolomites. It is one of those rare places where exceptional hospitality, comfort and a spectacular setting come together effortlessly. The owners are wonderful and the entire family deserves special recognition. Tiziana and Patrick manage the hotel exceptionally well, with genuine attention to their guests and an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel welcome. Michael and Melanie are fantastic in the restaurant, always friendly, attentive and an important part of the atmosphere that keeps bringing us back. And we are certainly not alone in this opinion. Every year, we return as a group of at least 20 families, and the fact that so many of us have remained loyal to the same hotel for so many years probably says more than any individual review could. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, warm and inviting, exactly the kind of place you want to return to after a day in the mountains. The spa is very good, the food is consistently excellent, and having both parking and a garage makes everything particularly convenient. Then there is the view. Quite simply, it is extraordinary. After many years of travelling throughout the region, we have yet to find another hotel with a panorama quite like the one from Scherlin. It is one of the defining features of the property and something we never tire of, regardless of the season. What makes Scherlin truly special, however, is the combination of all these elements with the warmth of a genuinely family-run hotel. There is a consistency here that is increasingly difficult to find. Do not be fooled by the three stars displayed outside. In terms of rooms, facilities, food, spa, management and, above all, hospitality, we have stayed in many officially higher-rated hotels that deliver considerably less. In our experience, Hotel Scherlin offers a genuine 4-star Superior experience, regardless of what the plaque says. After 15 years, countless stays and more memories than we can count, we still look forward to coming back. And perhaps that is the best review we could give.

we stayed at an apartment owned by the hotel and it was located and appointed with kitchenette, parking and laundry the staff (family owners) were super responsive and helpful, it was an added bonus to be able to use the hotel facilities up the road

Super base for the Dolomites. We visited Alpe Di Suisi, Seceda and Lago Di Braies. On the doorstep for the first two and 90 minute drive to Lago Di Braies. This family-run hotel was a delight. We enjoyed the amazing view from our room (balcony,) the restaurant and the pool. Half board so breakfast and dinner were included. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Worked well for our family of 5, including 2 hungry teens and an 11 year old. We visited late July and it was hot. There is no A/C but it’s not essential as it’s safe and easy to leave bedroom windows open and catch the mountain breeze. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would be more than happy to come back to Hotel Scherlin

Excellent staff and excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great area to relax after a nice hike or MTB ride. You can rent great E-MTB’s at the hotel. Had a wonderful time with the family
