Hotel Arcangelo

Incredibly overrated hotel! The most inconfortable experience ever in a hotel with this kind of rating! First of all, there is no thermic confort in the rooms in winter time: I have got a room with no heating in January, at -12°C; after a sleepless night of freezing, it took a lot of persistence to finally get another room which has heating (4 nights out of 6) but no insulation and a frozen wall right at the top of the bed! Second, the rooms are not at all soundproof in a "family friendly" hotel. Third, the "spa" is an overcrowded joke. Last (but not least), the ultimate inconvenience was the incredible arrogant and disrespectful attitude of the "family" and front desk employee regarding the customer's complain: they started by offering no solution, followed through by not taking responsibility, then by getting aggressive and ended by not offering any commercial compensation and by blaming the customer for unreasonable demand. Overall, if the price is for a masochistic experience, then is good value for money!

We’ve had a very relaxing time. The staff are helpful and friendly, the food was great and abundant. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. It was still early in the season and our son was the only small child there, so understandably the groups animation was not quite doable, but the staff has done everything they could to entertain him and keep him busy. Although the swimming pool is small, the sauna area is large enough to buffer people in and out. The room was clean and had access to a child play area outside. Il though the snowflake covers were cute, I prefer all-white linen. We’d like to thank the whole family for giving us a relaxing break in their hometown and sending us away with lovely gifts.

1. Definitely NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY hotel!!!!! the staff (Old white-haired and middle-agd black-haired ladies) are super rude to kids! I mean super rude and unfriendly! Only a cute dog and Francesca (nanny) made the stay bearable for kids. 2. Rooms are tiny. Family suite is big enough but extremally badly planned (unuseful furnitures take too much space). 3. We reported broken window upon arrival but nobody showed up to fix it during our 7-day stay. Fridge didn't work. 4. Very clean. 5. Food is average. We had fixed menu but we would rather have more pasta than cold platters and soups . It was all tastt but why dont they serve more pasta?! Everybody had tiramisu on our first super and they never served it again. Only ice Cream and other desserts that nobody wanted. Not customer friendly at all... 4. Eco friendly??? Hahaha a good joke!! All the bulbs in the hotel aren't LED... it's so so so hot in the hotel. We slept with wide open Windows and still woke up Wet from sweat. 5. You have to pay for a lost key card! What the hell is that!!??? The 90s'???? I must add that you are given only 1 card per room... So all in all... Yes, this is definitely 3* hotel (nothing more) with very unfriendly owners.

We stayed there during our winter vacation 5-7.01.2019. The family running the hotel is very nice and helpful. The food was perfect, mouthwatering and great! Everything you need is there, Marilleva 900 is 6 min driving from the hotel, but if you prefer to take the skibus, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Although we spent a half of the vacation in the hospital due to injury, I found the place really nice. :) I definitely reccomend :)

The prettiest hotel in a small village of Pellizzano. Skibus just outside the building, 5 min to get to Marilleva slopes. Really good food, great activities organised such as: mini disco (in a cosy common room downstairs), little tour in the village, live music etc. There are two saunas as well. The only downside is that the jacuzzi was quite dirty when we arrived and not very encouraging to use.
