Parkhotel Holzerhof

After reading the positive reviews we decided to spend a vacation in Maranza and were extremely happy with our choice. The hotel is situated at the end of a dead end road so the only traffic that enters is that of the guests and staff. It has superb views of the valley below and is surrounded by a well maintained garden and lake. It was just lovely. Our breakfast waitress was friendly and remembered our drink preferences every morning. During our stay a happy hour event was organised prior to the dinner. The food was so good (except the sushi) that we had a hard time finishing our evening meals which were equally delicious. What we really enjoyed at this hotel was the skypool and elegant relaxation areas. Just beautiful. The wellness centre is small but for a June vacation where the weather is warm, it was sufficient. The only detail that would have made this vacation perfect was a comfortable mattrass. Even with the extra padding requested it was uncomfortable. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Hotel da sogno in Val Pusteria, location fantastica con vista da paura sulla vallata, camere pulite e confortevoli, ristorante con cucina di alto livello ed ottima carta dei vini, piscina a sfioro con acqua riscaldata ampia e rilassante, spa only adults superlativa, personale gentile e pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta!!! Tutto perfetto, l’unica nota dolente è il dover tornare a casa!!!

Siamo tornati dopo 2 anni dalla prima volta e ha confermato l’ottimo ricordo che avevamo. Dalla posizione tranquilla che cercavamo, al cibo ottimo, alla SPA che è tra le migliori che abbiamo trovato (il rispetto della sauna noturista per noi fondamentale e le piscine acqua fredda e acqua calda sono top). Niente da aggiungere se non … arrivederci a presto! E grazie dell’ospitalità!

Zeer goed en rustig hotel, mooie welness, prachtig zwembad, een aanrader. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en voorkomend, het diner is iedere avond weer een ware verwennerij. Kamer was ruim en kraaknet. Handdoeken worden tijdig gewisseld en aangevuld. Enkele kleine opmerkingen: er waren geen slippers ter beschikking van het hotel, normaal heb je dit bij deze klasse hotel wel... Hoewel het onthaal vriendelijk was, volgt er bij dergelijke welnesshotels meestal een kleine rondgang om te tonen waar alles zich bevindt, dit was hiern iet het geval... Laat u echter niet afschrikken door deze minieme opmerkingen, het hotel is zeer goed, het personeel zeer aangenaam en het restaurant (zowel qua ontbijt, lunch als diner) is werkelijk uitstekend.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia in luglio 2025. Accoglienza ottima e personale gentilissimo. Ampi spazi interni , un curatissimo parco, piscina interna ed esterna molto grande, sauna, bagno turco e spa assai ben tenuti. Colazione e cena di grandissima qualità , lo spuntino di mezzogiorno minimale ma più che sufficiente per ritemprarsi . Il costo giornaliero è un poco inferiore rispetto ad hotel circostanti ma la qualità non è affatto inferiore, e anche questo va valutato nella scelta. Se devo trovare piccoli difetti direi la piscina unica per grandi e piccoli, e non essendoci mai qualcuno a controllare non sempre la coesistenza è tranquilla, e nelle camere mi piacerebbe per relax un divano o un paio di poltrone anziché una panca imbottita e qualche cuscino, decisamente scomodi. Ma sono piccoli difetti in un contesto buono, e bello da ricordare.
