Seehof - nature retreat

Beautiful scenic resort,,with excellent food full board. Can’t thank you enough to Tamaris & Andreas Auer couple for your excellent hospitality showered on us during our visit. Still remember in India your sweet smile and excellent food which was of top notch quality. Sorry for the late reviews. Me and my wife are dying to visit you soon in near future

When you need that balance between rugged nature and total care, Seehof is a place to rest the weary head and feel completely cared for whilst set in rugged landscape, surrounded by snowy mountains. November is quiet time, so many restaurants are closed and the surrounding villages are truly sleepy. But that means an opportunity for a (digital) detox and allowing the Seehof team to care for you. The spa is understated scandi-style chic, with huge saunas, chill out spaces and a lovely warmed outdoor pool (interesting when it snows). The food is generous and certainly the best we had (although vinothek Vitis in Brixen is worth disrobing out of spa attire and venturing out). We took our books, played games in the bar, walked around the apple orchards and took a cable car up for a view. Be open to some norther-Italian, Austrian quirky experiences and, most of all, feel cared for by staying at this resort.

Wonderful hotel, located in the middle of apple fields with incredible views of the surrounding mountains ☺️ The property is managed gracefully by the Auer family, together with an amazing hotel team who also made our experience a unique one 😊 From Brigitte and Vanessa at the Concierge desk who gave us incredible recommendations to which outdoor activities we should do during day time, to the restaurant staff Vincenzo, Cristina, Francesco, Michael and Helmi, all helped us have one of the most memorable vacation. Food was great,from breakfast to light lunch and dinner time plenty (we had full board) the wine list has many options for local wines and not only. Great options on the menu every day, and dietary/allergy requests are also made available upon request. Our Romantic Suite faces the lake present on the property, thus providing a tranquil sense of serenity and a beautiful view. The Spa, Sauna and the year around heated outdoor Pool area gave enough room for all guests, Yoga & Pilates classes are offered everyday, all meant to make your vacation a relaxing one. We returned home relaxed and rejuvenated ☺️☺️ A big thank you to all at the Seehof Nature Resort! We will definitely be back 😌

I have visited the hotel & the owner had a go at some local people who where by the lake and enjoyed the day he simply told them to get lost in the most disgusting way possible. He told them no one can come by the area and if they have not seen the signs. It’s sound like he was referring to the little signs at the entrance ( probably not even relevant) what annoyed me was how he treated the customer. He then went on and had a conversation with another couple. Who seem to be feed up with him and left also. This is not the way a owner should be representing his hotel and the area, it seems he only cares about the people paying rather then being friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment. A warm and family atmosphere is strongly present. It feels like home. The managers are incredibly kind. I had no negative points. We stayed in one of their beautiful suites. The breakfast is excellent and very fresh. The evening gourmet dinner is of incredible quality. Their spa has nothing to envy to anyone. Several saunas, a steam room, an outdoor pool with a mountain view, relaxation rooms & a peaceful atmosphere. It's the ideal place to relax in a setting conducive to natural well-being.
