Caravel

We have recently returned from a week-long stay at Hotel Caravel, Sant’ Agnello, Sorrento, and I can honestly say that we were not disappointed. We chose the hotel because of its amazing reviews, and it completely lived up to our expectations — and so much more. We were a large family party of 19 adults and 5 children, staying at the hotel for a week to attend our wedding. Organising a wedding with such a large group can be stressful, but the team at Hotel Caravel made our entire stay feel effortless. The hotel is family-run, and that really shows in the warmth, care and personal service we received from everyone. The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure that our whole family had a wonderful experience. There are so many staff members we would like to thank. I really wish I had written down everyone's names, as every single member of the team was fantastic, but there are a few people we would particularly like to mention. Angelo – Restaurant Manager, thank you so much to you and all of the restaurant team. You were absolutely excellent and always made us feel so welcome. Your service and attention to detail were outstanding. Nino – what a star! You somehow remembered all of our different breakfast drinks and preferences, despite having such a large group arriving in dribs and drabs every morning. Peppe and the bar team – you were fantastic! Always friendly, welcoming and happy. You helped create such a lovely atmosphere for our family. A huge thank you also to all of the reception staff, in particular Marilara, Giorgia and Roberto. You were always so helpful, welcoming and patient with us. And finally, Antonio, our shuttle driver – thank you! You were absolutely amazing and always so friendly and helpful. We really appreciated everything you did for us. Hotel Caravel was the perfect choice for our family, particularly for such a special occasion. The combination of the lovely hotel, wonderful food, fantastic staff and genuinely warm, family-run atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We cannot thank everyone at Hotel Caravel enough for helping to make our wedding week so special. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sorrento, and we very much hope to return one day! Karen & Gino

Incredible experience Marilara, Alessia and Angelo were very professional and dedicated to customer service. Angelo and his entire staff made our dining experience memorable. When we returned we will definitely stay here again.

Just spent a lovely week at this hotel Its family run, nothing was too much trouble, extremely friendly, very clean, food was lovely it was overall an extremely relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend !!

Wow, all good for this hotel, staff, location, quality and more. Book book book. We went full board and every night the food is amazing.
