We stayed for six days in October 2026. Our room was perfect, very clean and cleaned daily. All amenities were in full working order. The staff are amazing very friendly and kind, especially the breakfast team who remembered our coffee orders every day 😊. Breakfast is buffet with hot and cold selection, everything we wanted including yoghurts, pastries, breads, meats and bacon, eggs etc, really lovely food. There is a very nice pool and restaurant bar at the top of the hotel with spectacular views of Vesuvius. The hotel is well located about 3/4 of a mile from Sorrento City centre, it is up a steep hill so maybe not ideal if your not fit but there is a hourly free shuttle bus to and from Sorrento train station laid on by the hotel. We would definitely stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely, bright and beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable room and an incredible view over Sorrento and Vesuvius. Staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful with a fantastic customer service both at the desk and via whassapp. The shuttle bus into sorrento is absolutely brilliant, it helped us so much and they helped us with many other aspects of our trip. The breakfast is brilliant and the food and drinks in the evening are lovely too, looking out over the lights of sorrento. Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful trip. We hope to return to Hotel Cristina.

This was the most delightful stay! We had some trouble getting a taxi from the port, but there is a shuttle that goes to the train station. It was incredible romantic and our room had a balcony with stunning views that we watched sunrise and sunset from. The rooms were clean and comfortable and bathroom plenty spacious. The breakfast each morning was top-tier. I wish the pool stayed open a little later, but overall this was a 10/10 stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristina. We chose this hotel for its wonderful views and it did not disappoint ! The staff both at the front desk and at the restaurant were amazing always smiling and willing to help in any way. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at with an amazing variety of food to suit every taste. The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The shuttle service was an added bonus as it allowed us to stay in a quiet area of the city but still be accessible to all it has to offer in 10 minutes time. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day!

The Hotel Christina went above our expectations. The communication was prompt and more than helpful even before we arrived. Making our short trip more time productive and enjoyable. Great hotel ! Clean throughout, comfy bed, amazing views, great pool and facilities. Breakfast which was included in our booking giving plenty of choice and the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond. A couple asked for something that was not available (omelette made with egg whites and 2 fried egg) the waitress Maria said “no problem we can do that” the hotel also offer lunch and dinner. They even ensured we had goody bag full of pastries, fruit and bottled water on the morning we left. Can’t thank the staff enough ! The free shuttle runs from the hotel at 08:00 until late to Sorrento train station . They do ask that you book on it at least 30 minutes prior to leaving. I think this is only because it is used by most guests and they need to ensure safety etc. It is a short 20/30 minute walk into the centre but it does involve a short but very steep hill down from the hotel. The drivers are very skilled (please tip every trip ,a Taxi cost us €25 to make that short 5 minute drive ) We will be returning !
