The staff and service were excellent. There was a large variety of foods for breakfast and it was all delicious. The hotel was very clean.

This is a great hotel and the views are stunning. But what really stood out to us is the service. Violeta in housekeeping was wonderful. Chiaro (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful with information and planning where to visit. Last, but certainly not least, is Francisco in the restaurant. He is a wonderful person. He is kind, accommodating and such a pleasure. Bravo Hotel Cristina!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Cristina, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and the location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The complementary shuttle service was extremely convenient-always punctual, reliable, and easy to use. Our room was comfortable and offered beautiful views. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the dat. The staff and everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcome and cared for. I highly recommend this hotel.

We went as a 3 generation family trip. Great service and small but very nice, new, well designed and efficient rooms with great views. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the breakfast and restaurant are fantastic with killer views. Salt water pool is refreshing. Shuttle was easy to reserve on WhatsApp to get to Sorrento. Would 100% recommend, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Cristina. It is beautiful, clean, and extremely well maintained. The views from the hotel are amazing and the shuttle makes it very convenient to downtown Sorrento. The staff was wonderful too! They made us feel very comfortable and at home. We would like to especially mention, Francesco at the restaurant. He went above and beyond for my daughter who has a peanut and wheat allergy. He always had special food for her for breakfast and meals that she ate there. Eating out is stressful for her normally, but especially when she is not in her home country. She felt so safe and taken care of there. It was truely a pleasure staying at this hotel. We hope to return in the future!
