Cristina

This was our second visit to Hotel Cristina, the first being 10 years ago. We enjoyed that stay and always wanted to go back - very glad we did. This is a lovely, friendly hotel. Special shout out to the wonderful breakfast staff who kept us well caffeinated. Travelling as a family, we had two interconnecting rooms which suited as well. The hotel minibus is easily booked by WhatsApp for trips in and out of Sorrento, otherwise it's about a 15 min walk, or 7-8 mins to the closer train station for the line to Naples, Pompeii and Vesuvius.

Lovely hotel accommodating a large group on pilgrimage for the Holy Year. Aged 26-85! The desk staff was so patient and rooms were well appointed not small. But my favorite people were the staff at the restaurant. Especially Francesco! He made cappuccinos for me every morning and made sure I had plenty of vino for dinner. Best experience -staff wise on our holiday!! Would stay there again.

A great hotel, very clean and well appointed. The views are amazing and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Antoinella, who did so much to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is lovely and has fantastic views. We were there late in the season so fairly quiet. The shuttle bus is fantastic- although we did walk into Sorrento town and back a lot, part of the walk is down a very busy road which isn’t so pleasant. However Sant’Agnello is also an interesting neighbourhood with restaurants and cliff top bars within an easy walk.

Beautiful hotel in Sorrento with lovely staff and shuttle service into town. Great views and delicious breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Can't say enough nice things about the staff. If I get to go back to Sorrento I will definitely stay there again.

There were a lot of great things about the hotel - the staff was so helpful and kind, the complimentary breakfast spread was very good, the views were really stunning and the room felt very clean. I thought for the price it was a great deal in general. Some not so great things - The bed was truly very uncomfortable. It was a spring mattress, and you could feel the spring digging into you if you laid on your side. The mattress also made so much noise that if I moved at all in the bed, I was almost guaranteed to wake my partner up. The bathroom was not very updated, there were some fixtures that were so old they had scratches all over them. The room was a bit stuffy and the AC didn't seem to work. I will say based on the other reviews, it sounds like our room in particular may have been a less updated room? We made the best of it and had a good time, but we were really surprised based on all the positive reviews we had seen online.
