What a gem Hotel Cristina is. Magical views from a where you are. Rooms Spotless.large shower(90cm x 140cm) in a double room. Shuttle service to Sorrento main square hourly(drops you off at train station 5 minutes walk to piazza). Breakfast(included) was perfect.we had a 6.00am checkout & they provided breakfast to go.What made it special were the staff.Nothing was a problem. Curtios,remembered you the next day & anticipated what you required.Lunch & dinner menus were plentiful. .

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cristina! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were spectacular, the pool was a fun respite from the heat, the shuttle was convenient, and the breakfast spread (and staff!) were a delight. Highly recommend.

What a hidden gem. The staff, the room, the shuttle…all amazing. The room was clean and fresh. The shower a little snug but maybe I need to lose weight lol. Breakfast was so good and the wait staff at breakfast were A1. My only Down is that the beautiful pool closed to early. Guest needed at least until 9 pm to wind down. I definitely recommend this lovely place and I thank the staff for the memories.

It was lovely experience at Cristina hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants recommended were top rated by our family. We also enjoyed so much the scenic view at the fifth floor restaurant and the roof top swimming pool, both providing the best sea view of the town. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with lots of western food options. Even though we need to take hotel’s shuttle bus to the train station and the main walking street, it was super easy and convenient. We went to Capri island in one early morning and the staff prepared a few breakfast boxes for us, which was the most heart warming. Overall, it’s the best hotel choice for us on our first ever Italy trip. Will definitely come back again if we get the chance.

We’ve just spent an amazing week at Hotel Cristina, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth, and our room was even ready early, which was a lovely surprise after travelling. The room itself wasn't the biggest, but that really didn't matter. It was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was brilliantly cold, something we were incredibly grateful for during the heatwave. The hotel is beautiful. It's stylish without feeling pretentious, and the terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples are stunning. Being just outside Sorrento turned out to be the perfect location. You get to enjoy the peace and those incredible views, but you're still only a short walk from the centre whenever you want to soak up the atmosphere. The people at Hotel Cristina are what really make it special. We genuinely don't think the word "no" exists in their vocabulary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff always had a smile on their face. A special thank you has to go to Antonella, Alfonso and Francesco. They all went out of their way to make our holiday even better. Their kindness, friendliness, great sense of humour and genuine care for their guests really stood out. They're an absolute credit to the hotel. We normally only book bed and breakfast because we love trying local restaurants, but after eating at the hotel we realised we'd been missing out. Breakfast was excellent, and the lunches and dinners were just as good. Every meal we had was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, and everywhere in the hotel was kept immaculate. It's hard to put into words just how much we enjoyed staying here. Hotel Cristina gets so many things right, but it's the people who make it somewhere you'll want to come back to. We certainly will. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday one we'll remember for a long time.
