We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Cristina, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make it special — even when a few small hiccups came up along the way. They were incredibly responsive to all our questions before we even arrived, which made planning the trip so much easier. A special shoutout to the Restaurant Manager, who was fantastic. My son had a very small appetite during our stay and often barely touched his dinner — as an Italian, I know that's not something to take lightly! — but he was understanding and gracious about it every time. He also went out of his way to help us pack up some food when we had to rush off to catch a boat excursion. That kind of thoughtfulness really stuck with us. The Front Desk team was equally amazing, handling every inquiry with warmth and efficiency. We also loved that the hotel offers a shuttle service, and the location itself is a peaceful escape from the busy energy of central Sorrento. The pool was a real treat too — it stayed open later than other hotels nearby, which was such a nice touch given the summer heat. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to a genuinely caring staff. We'll definitely be back!

We spent 8 wonderful days at Hotel Cristina in Sorrento, and everything was perfect from beginning to end. From the very first emails when booking our stay to the moment we arrived, we felt so well looked after. Our room was comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, the bar was lovely, and every single member of staff was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. And that view… absolutely breathtaking! 😍 The pool overlooking the Bay of Naples is something we will never forget. The shuttle service to Sorrento train station was also so convenient and made getting around really easy. Our daughter became unwell during our stay, and the reception team were absolutely amazing. They helped us arrange for a doctor to come to the hotel and made a stressful moment so much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our family holiday so special. You should all be very proud of the wonderful experience you create for your guests. If I could give Hotel Cristina 10 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We left with so many happy memories and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for everything! ❤️

This hotel was amazing. Our view from our hotel was immaculate. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had with a massive selection. The hotel shuttle was perfect for getting into town and back.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the hotel is absolutely fantastic, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes from the center of Sorrento. The shuttle service to and from the center was very convenient and made getting around really easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The service was excellent and always available whenever we needed anything.

What a gem Hotel Cristina is. Magical views from a where you are. Rooms Spotless.large shower(90cm x 140cm) in a double room. Shuttle service to Sorrento main square hourly(drops you off at train station 5 minutes walk to piazza). Breakfast(included) was perfect.we had a 6.00am checkout & they provided breakfast to go.What made it special were the staff.Nothing was a problem. Curtios,remembered you the next day & anticipated what you required.Lunch & dinner menus were plentiful. .
