We’ve just spent an amazing week at Hotel Cristina, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The reception team greeted us with genuine warmth, and our room was even ready early, which was a lovely surprise after travelling. The room itself wasn't the biggest, but that really didn't matter. It was spotless, modern, had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was brilliantly cold, something we were incredibly grateful for during the heatwave. The hotel is beautiful. It's stylish without feeling pretentious, and the terraces overlooking the Bay of Naples are stunning. Being just outside Sorrento turned out to be the perfect location. You get to enjoy the peace and those incredible views, but you're still only a short walk from the centre whenever you want to soak up the atmosphere. The people at Hotel Cristina are what really make it special. We genuinely don't think the word "no" exists in their vocabulary. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every member of staff always had a smile on their face. A special thank you has to go to Antonella, Alfonso and Francesco. They all went out of their way to make our holiday even better. Their kindness, friendliness, great sense of humour and genuine care for their guests really stood out. They're an absolute credit to the hotel. We normally only book bed and breakfast because we love trying local restaurants, but after eating at the hotel we realised we'd been missing out. Breakfast was excellent, and the lunches and dinners were just as good. Every meal we had was delicious. Our room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, and everywhere in the hotel was kept immaculate. It's hard to put into words just how much we enjoyed staying here. Hotel Cristina gets so many things right, but it's the people who make it somewhere you'll want to come back to. We certainly will. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday one we'll remember for a long time.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every way possible. The location gives beautiful panoramic views over the bay and across to mount Vesuvius, Pompei. It’s a view that will forever be imprinted in our memories. The hotel is sited at a high elevation and has several balconies offering various aspects to watch sunsets and sunrises. The staff are just lovely. Without exception, reception, waiting staff, cleaners, drivers, Nothing is too much trouble. Any and all requests are dealt with promptly and with a smile. It is very clean, with daily housekeeping to your room. The food is first class. A limited menu but top quality and in large portions. The shuttle into and back from sorrento town is very reliable, free and very welcome at the end of a long day being a tourist. A good quiet location. We had a standard room but it was great. Super king bed, mini-bar, kettle, TV, balcony and the best air conditioner ever! Remote controlled with silent mode that could run all night! The pool is quite small but clean and well maintained. We highly recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff to all.

We have just returned from our 4th stay at Hotel Crisitina and we will continue to come back. All the staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is the restaurant is excellect and with the improvements around the pool the best has just got better. I can’t remember all the staff members names but Francesco and the rest off the bar and restaurant staff are 1st class

The staff and service were excellent. There was a large variety of foods for breakfast and it was all delicious. The hotel was very clean.

This is a great hotel and the views are stunning. But what really stood out to us is the service. Violeta in housekeeping was wonderful. Chiaro (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful with information and planning where to visit. Last, but certainly not least, is Francisco in the restaurant. He is a wonderful person. He is kind, accommodating and such a pleasure. Bravo Hotel Cristina!
