Renovace legendárního sto padesát let starého hotelu sice byla dokončena už vloni, však teprve nyní se hotel probouzí k plné aktivitě. Pokoje jsou renovovány na nejvyšší úrovni a s vkusem.Ocenili jsme především výborné matrace a digitalizaci ovládání všeho potřebného. Hygienickérestrikce ještě neumožňovaly plný rozsah legendárních snídaní tohoto hotelového řetězce , ale obsluhující personál se snažil maximálně vyhovět našim požadavkům. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni a rádi se do tohoto hotelu prvotřídní kvality budeme při našich příštích návštěvách Neapole vracet.

This is a love letter to hospitality, written in prosecco and marble. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Diamond status isn't just a number here, it's a philosophy. We were swept up like visiting royalty, whisked to the rooftop bar before we'd even caught our breath, glasses of chilled prosecco in hand, while our room was transformed into perfection below. And that room? A stunning corner suite with its own private patio, generous, spotless, and dressed in quiet luxury. Then there's the spa, an experience so serene it bordered on spiritual. Picture your own private sanctuary: a bubbling jacuzzi, an authentic Turkish bath, and a steaming cup of tea to close it all out. Romance and relaxation, expertly choreographed. Mornings brought a breakfast spread that read like a love letter to Italy itself: silky carpaccio, delicate prosciutto, cheeses pulled straight from the hills of Tuscany and Sardinia, fish so fresh it practically winked at you. And for the traveler craving something familiar, a full lineup of English, French, and American favorites, golden pastries, mimosas, and coffee strong enough to make you fall in love with mornings again. But the true magic of this hotel? Its people. Dario, Camilla, and Giorgio didn't just serve us, they made us feel like the most important guests in Naples. And every single staff member we crossed paths with, named or not, carried that same warmth and grace. If you're searching for a hotel that turns a stay into a story, the De Bonart Naples is it. Five stars barely feels sufficient.

Wonder views. Great central location. Spacious rooms. Very large for Europe. Delicious breakfast and an excellent rooftop bar.

My girlfriend and I visited as external guests just to try the breakfast, and the experience was truly wonderful. The food was of exceptional quality, and the staff was both warm and remarkably professional, giving us the best possible welcome. The ambiance is beautifully harmonious, blending seamlessly with the breathtaking view from the rooftop. A special thanks to Anna, Oreste, and Oleksander.

I loved this hotel. The front desk staff was terrific, our room was huge, tastefully and creatively decorated, and luxurious, and the view of the Bay of Naples was truly spectacular. We were passing through Naples so could only stay one night, but wished we could stay for longer. A special mention to the front desk staff, as I accidentally left a valuable item behind at the hotel - they noticed right away and to my great relief had it waiting for me.
