Renovace legendárního sto padesát let starého hotelu sice byla dokončena už vloni, však teprve nyní se hotel probouzí k plné aktivitě. Pokoje jsou renovovány na nejvyšší úrovni a s vkusem.Ocenili jsme především výborné matrace a digitalizaci ovládání všeho potřebného. Hygienickérestrikce ještě neumožňovaly plný rozsah legendárních snídaní tohoto hotelového řetězce , ale obsluhující personál se snažil maximálně vyhovět našim požadavkům. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni a rádi se do tohoto hotelu prvotřídní kvality budeme při našich příštích návštěvách Neapole vracet.

A hotel where humanity, emotion, warmth, and genuine hospitality are not merely promised, but unmistakably lived. Through my profession I have traveled extensively across this beautiful world, and truthfully, part of me hesitates to share this recommendation - some places feel too special to surrender to the crowds. Yet experiences of this caliber deserve to be encountered, and perhaps even set the standard others may aspire to. A bar that offers the rare luxury of choice - a place to sit, to work, to unwind, or simply to dream. A team devoted to fulfilling every wish with effortless grace. And a view that is nothing short of breathtaking - inspiring, energizing, and quietly unforgettable. My sincere gratitude for this exceptional experience and for the support throughout my stay. A special thank you to Christian and Gianluca, to the entire bar and restaurant team, as well as to the management and reception - your dedication does not go unnoticed. We stayed for five nights in October using Hilton points.  As a diamond member, we were upgraded to a room with a small balcony offering a stunning view of the Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius.  The room was spacious and clean.  The staff are always friendly and helpful.  I called to see if they had an ice machine, and five minutes later, a bucket of ice was delivered to our room.  Spa time must be booked in advance.  We had no trouble and went twice. We had the room to ourselves, which included a hot tub, steam room, and both hot/cold showers. The salt room was out of order. The breakfast had something for everyone, and the staff was very attentive.  We had a great time at the rooftop bar.  I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years. This has to be one of, if not the best, I've ever stayed. Bravo!!

I had the pleasure of staying here for my honeymoon for four nights, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The entire staff deserves praise for their warmth and impeccable hospitality. It is easy to see how much heart and dedication that they pour into every aspect of their work. Working in hospitality myself, I am confident in saying that this team exemplifies the best of the industry. While the building itself is over 150 years old, the hotel is refurbished, modern, and comfortable. You will not be left wanting for any amenity. My spouse said the bed is probably the coziest hotel bed they have ever slept in, and I have to agree. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is stellar, and the rooftop views of the entire gulf, city, and Vesuvius took my breath away every single morning. I also have to give a special mention to the hotel's restaurant, Deschevaliers. If you stay here, please give the restaurant a try - you won't regret it! I hope to return to Naples one day, and it would be hard for me to choose any other hotel.
