Renovace legendárního sto padesát let starého hotelu sice byla dokončena už vloni, však teprve nyní se hotel probouzí k plné aktivitě. Pokoje jsou renovovány na nejvyšší úrovni a s vkusem.Ocenili jsme především výborné matrace a digitalizaci ovládání všeho potřebného. Hygienickérestrikce ještě neumožňovaly plný rozsah legendárních snídaní tohoto hotelového řetězce , ale obsluhující personál se snažil maximálně vyhovět našim požadavkům. Byli jsme naprosto spokojeni a rádi se do tohoto hotelu prvotřídní kvality budeme při našich příštích návštěvách Neapole vracet.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at de Bonart Naples! We stayed here after spending a few days in Positano before flying home from Naples, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. From the moment we arrived, everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They even surprised us with an upgrade to a beautiful suite, which was such a nice touch. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with gorgeous hardwood floors, two bathrooms, and an incredible view of the Bay of Naples. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening, and it was excellent. Everything we ordered was delicious, and our waiter recommended a local wine that ended up being one of our favorites from the entire trip. Any time we had a question, the front desk was happy to help and gave us great recommendations for getting around and making the most of our short time in Naples. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at de Bonart Naples again and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

I'm a Gold Hilton Honors member and own a HGV timeshare, so I've stayed in many Hilton properties, including several of their premium brands both in the US and internationally. Given those varied experiences, this hotel is rather disappointing. The room is lovely, and the views are fabulous. I'll give them that. However, the location is difficult to access from mass transit. We knew that coming in but were willing to overlook that. What disappoints me is that the hotel advertises having a pool and fitness center. What they hide is that accessing the pool costs an additional €50 PER PERSON for only two hours. Using the fitness center is €20 per person per session. I've never seen such a bait and switch at any other hotel, neither Hilton nor other brands, especially when photos of said amenities are prominently featured in their advertising photos. Given the price of these rooms, there is NO excuse for charging extra for basic amenities. We were considering other properties in the area that would have saved us money and been more convenient, but we decided to splurge. I had hoped this would match the experience we had with a glorious Curio hotel in Madrid, but so far, this is not that. We will not stay here again, and I encourage you to explore other options when visiting Naples.
