Europa Stabia Hotel

Absolutely loved our stay. Our second visit in 2 consecutive years and Francesco (and staff) never fail to offer an exemplary service...he's clearly an expert in customer service and his staff are just as helpful. Looking forward to our next visit!

Europa Stabia Hotel 30 mins walk from train station , you can use the hotel shuttle for a charge. Rooms very clean . Extra costs are for as follows : use of fridge, air con, wifi and use of swimming pool . Breakfast very basic cooked eggs and bacon, nice selection of pastries only fresh fruit on offer apples and pears which was disappointing . Train to Naples or sorrento cheap from sorrento took bus to Positano then Ravello well worth a visit . Hotel is a great base for travelling along the almalfi coast .

We were so pleased that we chose to stay at the Europa Stabia Hotel for our recent Italian vacation. Francesco, the owner, said it was his mission to make guests feel at home and to ask if we needed anything. His passion for hospitality is reflected throughout the hotel. The reception team could not have been more charming and helpful. The room was spotless - all credit to the housekeeping team. The restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a "healthy stroll" from the stations and town centre but the shuttle bus or hotel taxi was available at all times and at short notice. Our drivers, who were also members of the hotel team, were brilliant. Yes - one had to pay for the service (as stated on the hotel website) but, for those who have their own transport, it means the cost is not built in to the room price! We chose Castellammare Di Stabia as a base for visits to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Napoli and Sorrento - which worked well. The icing on the cake was our experience of staying at the Europa Stabia Hotel. Biggest scam in the city. Need to pay for everything. Parking, Frindge, Ac, Pool access. Far far away from beach and city center. Theonly way they have this review is because the Director Mr Francesco make you do review for a discount or just to not be annoying for the entire vacation. Avoid this scam
