Majestic Palace

We loved this place! The food, decor of the hotel and the staff was wonderful. Roof top bar provided a gorgeous view in the evening. We would return again and plan to!

very beautiful hotel! rooms were clean and nicely decorated with a lot of space for your stuff. Staff was very nice as well and I would definitely recommend. my only small gripes were no irons for your clothes. the breakfast was not good. I would suggest offer less but make it decent a croissant and a decent cappuccino would be fine with me. also there is no shuttle into sorrento. I think when staying in st agnello, a shuttle into sorrento is a necessity even lesser hotel like hotel caravel offer this. Its something to consider when looking at the price you are paying as a cab into town is $30 each way. that being said its a beautiful hotel, nice rooms, nice grounds, great staff and I would absolutely stay here again I would just plan it a bit different.

Fabulous location with some great restaurants nearby. The owners and staff at the the hotel are so lovely, attentive and professional. It had a beautiful friendly atmosphere. Our room was situated overlooking the gardens and honestly, the views over Sorrento were stunning and we even caught the sunset from our balcony! Spotless and spacious with fantastic air conditioning which was so needed in August. We also sampled the Michelin Restaurant, wow, what an amazing experience, highly recommended if you want a special treat. We absolutely loved our stay from the minute we arrived, at midnight, in an awful storm. We were served delicious coffee and sandwiches after a long delayed flight. This sums up the hospitality of this wonderful hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALL DAY LONG

This hotel was just beautiful and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with outstanding service. All of the staff, from reception to bar and dining staff and cleaning staff were warm, friendly and highly attentive. The pool area was so peaceful, the quality of food and cocktails exceptional and the rooms were magnificent. We had incredible views from our balcony, and the rooftop bar had spectacular views and top class service. We wish we could have stayed longer! An immaculate and authentic hotel, 25min walk from Sorrento but has enough restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back.

I have travelled extensively and stayed at many hotels over the years, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced hospitality and genuine care quite like this. From the very first day, before my accident, the service at Majestic Palace was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, the food is delicious, and the rooftop bar is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset. Sorrento and the surrounding area are absolutely stunning. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Unfortunately, during my stay I had an accident and fractured my ankle on the Path of Gods. Being injured far from home was frightening, and what followed at the hospital was a very traumatic experience. I felt rather alone and had to manage much of the situation myself. Coming back to Majestic Palace afterwards was an enormous relief. The staff immediately stepped in and did everything they could to help me. They helped me get around, carried me up the entrance stairs when I couldn't manage them myself, and constantly made sure I was safe and comfortable. Even the smallest things meant so much. The husband of one of the staff members came to fix my room door so it would not automatically close, simply because it made things easier for me with my injured foot. I will never forget that. The care never felt like ordinary hotel service. It felt like genuine human kindness. I later noticed the hotel's motto: “LET US TAKE CARE OF YOU.” And I can honestly say that this is not just a slogan. They truly live by it. They turned what could have been only a frightening and traumatic experience into something I will remember with warmth and gratitude. I was sad that my early flight meant I couldn't say a proper goodbye to everyone. I would have loved to thank them in person – and give them a big hug. I very much hope to return to Sorrento once my ankle has healed, see more of this beautiful area, and return to Majestic Palace under much happier circumstances. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Loredana and the entire team. You are what makes this hotel truly exceptional. Five stars without hesitation! ❤️
