Like many others we stayed here for a TUI tour experience. Firstly the hotel does have some positives. It’s very clean, bright, in a good location and best of all the staff were friendly and polite but there are those constant negatives that so many guests complain about and yet the owners / management seem willing to ignore. The breakfast is decent and the views from the restaurant are fantastic but lunch and dinner leave a lot to be desired. The lobby bar only opens at 6 pm which i find very strange. It’s almost like the hotel doesn’t want to take your money! The rooftop bar terrace has a small pool and lovely views too but unfortunately is hardly ever accessible due to constant private events. The rooms lack character and lack basic amenities like dressing tables or drawers. Those who attend private events seem to be prioritised ahead of resident guests. Currently it’s a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star but with a few tweaks this hotel could easily realise its potential.

Stayed as part of a TUI group, the tour guide was absolutely amazing and i cannot fault her, but the hotel and food were lacking. Hotel - If you want to use the pool you have to pay £10 and this is added against your room, non-refundable to use their towel. Our room has no dressing table to get ready at and there are visible signs of leaks which have not been painted over. If you want to split up from your couple you are only given one key card, meaning the other guest in the room will have to stay up to let you into the room otherwise all lighting and plugs do not work if the guest who is not in the room takes the card. Charging points are not standard EU points and we had to borrow a plug from the front desk Entertainment- this hotel prioritises non-staying guests as the roof top is rented out to parties in the evening meaning guests who are up at 6am for their tours will get little to no sleep, this then means that the facilities the next day are closed due to clean up still taking place beyond 10am!! Drink - There is little to no-bar service with no one asking if you want drinks at any point unless you physically ask. Drinks on the roof top are too strong and the menu is small. Food - the breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variation, but the meals provided are lacking any form of protein, being served low- grade pasta dishes every single day with no meat or variation. Drinks are not included, meaning you must expect to pay for drinks every time you go anywhere. Water is not easily-accessible and there is no vending machine on site. You must find a shop to purchase this. This hotel has such promise with location if it just put the energy into its staying guests and their happiness rather than making money on parties

I at the beginning of my stay and each night there has been deafening music until midnight and beyond. It’s totally unacceptable considering I am paying €200 per night. The room is tired, the air conditioning poor and controlled by the hotel and there are no tea/coffee making facilities. Please, hotel Stabia advise guests about the music on your website and remove the part where it says the hotel has been recently refurbished! It is in a pleasant location however the pool is tiny and you have to pay €5 each time you want to sit by the pool for a towel! The staff on reception are friendly.

Hotel Stabia has a prime location close to the sea front. The staff were brilliant all had a sense of humour and extremely helpful. The rooms were large with high ceiling difficult to cool with the air conditioning and the traffic noise went on until the early hours. The jewel of this hotel is the rooftop where you can have an evening meal then relax as the sun sets. There is a plunge pool and a small swimming pool on the roof with several comfortable seats. The building is old and in places looks tired. There was a large food selection at breakfast which would suit anybody. The dinner menu was exceptional the food was fabulous and well presented. I enjoyed staying in Hotel Stabia and would return

Stayed via Tui package visiting local beauty spots and places of historical importance. The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding daily. The bar was very modern. The restaurant offered evening meals and we ate there one evening and wished we had used it every evening. The food was amazing compared to what was on offer outside. The staff were lovely and most helpful. The rooftop was lovely. I don't have any issues recommending this hotel. The only let down was where it was situated.
