What a wonderful hotel and location. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. All the front desk people were fantastic, didn't get all their names but Adriana was lovely, and in particular Kartelo deserves a big mention. Incredible service, polite, helpful and very hard working - a real pleasure to see someone doing a great job. The hotel is beautiful, all original features and grandeur. We stayed in a family room on the first floor and it was absolutely perfect, you could not fault it in any way. Really no hesitation for a family booking this room, it was huge, stylish, impeccably clean. The location is wonderful, easy access on local train a few minutes walk away to get you anywhere - Sorrento to Naples - 15 minutes to Pompeii and just 2euros each way. The town is authentic and full of atmosphere and great places to eat and drink coctails etc. Waking up to the sea views and Vesuvius and those incredible sunsets really does put the icing on the cake. Cannot recommend high enough.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and this is why I have just returned from my 4th visit. Whilst the weather at this time of year can be a little changeable the hospitality extended to you at this hotel is consistently incredible. The team on reception and the bar area are so friendly and helpful. They go to great lengths to ensure that you have everything that you need and you're always greeted with a smile. The restaurant on the 6th floor is gorgeous with stunning views/sunsets but more importantly the food is absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant is managed beautifully by Vincenzo and the team around him. I can honestly say that I have never been made to feel more important or special in a restaurant and Vincenzo takes it upon himself to ensure that you are looked after even in his absence. Castellammare di Stabia is also a lovely place to stay, surprisingly vibrant with a gorgeous sea front and promenade which is well used by the locals. This town is also really easy to get to all of the wonderful tourist attractions having it's own ferry port and train station. Suffice to say I will be returning and probably sooner rather than later - it kind of feels like coming home now!

We stayed at Hotel Stabia as part of an EasyJet Holidays package from the 10/10/25 to the 14/10/25. The hotel was excellent. Room was large and the hotel location is great. Near to plenty of restaurants and backing right onto the busy promenade which at the weekend comes alive. The hotel is spacious with a fantastic rooftop which has breathtaking views of the area. Staff were really helpful and courteous at all times. Beautiful bar area right next to reception complimented by a covered outdoor bar and seating area at the rear of the hotel. Service at the bar was excellent with lots of snacks provided for free such as olives and mini sandwiches. Breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice and the views from the restaurant were spectacular. We will definitely return to this hotel. We had a wonderful time.

We were booked in for a week of trips and visits to the surrounding area. The hotel, rooms, staff and overall location were fantastic. Firstly the staff, they were so helpful and attentive in all aspects from the bar, restaurant and housekeeping. Rooms, from discussions with other guests did differ but ours on floor one was modern clean and well services all week, nothing was too much trouble and can't fault the services they provided. The hotel is based on the main road so traffic noise at time was noticeable but as expected. Other issues are the higher rooms are closer to the roof where events are occasionally held, so potential for more noise. The roof area was closed given it was close to seasons end which was a pity as the view was fantastic. The location made a great base for onward trips and visits, if not wanting to stay at the usual spots such as Sorrento or Naples which are easily reached via train. In all the staff and hotel made this an ideal place to capture the surrounding area.

We stayed here for a week as part of a Tui tour, Flavours of Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Overall I'd say the hotel, which on paper was a 4 star place, was more of a high 3 star. The staff were all excellent, and the room was clean and functional, although I did find the aircon in the room a little weak on the hotter days. It's very well located and the view from the restaurant and terrace is beautiful (a sea view on one side, and Mount Vesuvius on another). We were on the first floor and the restaurant on floor 6 so we tended to use one of the 2 lifts. I'd say the lifts could benefit from some improvement - they were incredibly slow and I 'm sure I gained a few grey hair each time I use them. The food on the first night was mediocre, but the rest of the week was good. There was only a choice of 2 dishes per course, although given the big group we were in, I can understand why. Breakfast provided a good range of options, something for every taste. We were sat in groups and these then remained fixed all week. It felt like a bit of a gamble, but we were very fortunate to have 2 lovely sisters on our table. They really made the meals (and in fact the whole week) enjoyable, constant laughter and relaxed chat at each meal. A lot of positives and overall certainly recommended, but having stayed in both 3 and 4 star hotels in Italy I'd say this was somewhere in the middle.
