Awful the building run down and out of date steps wobbly and loose, elevator out of the 1500’s the beds where like concrete and rooms very outdated. The walls where paper thin and the door wouldn’t shut properly in our room we felt very unsafe in the area and we felt it was very silly how we had to give our keys into reception every time we left the room we felt it was a bit of a security concern and we did not appreciate how we had no option to opt out of the cleaner coming in our room and there was no sign to say do not disturb. DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE NIGHTS

Although the hotel location is ideal for transportation as it is close to Roma Termini. The hotel facilities are poor and it is not accessible friendly. Main elevator is very old and only for 2 person capacity. It is shared by several hotels. Our kettle is broken and was never replaced even when we notified the staff.

Great location near train station and restaurants all within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean accommodations. The room was small but served it's purpose. They gave great restaurant recommendations and were very personable.
