Hotel San Remo

We had a very pleasant stay for 2 nights in this hotel - it’s a simple hotel but very good , has all the basics, not expensive, very clean and well run and an excellent breakfast for 15 eu. - highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the San Remo. The hotel was obviously recently refurbished to a high standard. The staff were all lovely. It is in a good location, very close to the central Termini station. The only negative point is that the 'French' bed in our room was very small - not really big enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably.

The hospitality of all the team was amazing, the hotel is in great conditions and the room was perfect, the third bed was super comfortable, highly recommended, When i go back to Rome Hotel San Remo will be my only choice! :)

We requested that our triple room be cooled off because the room smelled and was 22.5. I calledthe front desk multiple times to request it to be 19. The front desk clerk was rude, said it wasn't warm and said it would take a long time. When we woke up the next morning it only went down to 20.5. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in our room that did not leave. The twin bed in the room was the most uncomfortable bed I slept in for my entire trip in Italy. I requested a refund upon check out this morning and was told to email the booking manager. We stayed at 5 different hotels throughout our trip in Italy and unfortunately this was our worst experience.

Our family of 4 have chosen to come back to this hotel 3 times during our Europe travels this year as it’s close to Rome termini- airport bus transfer which was super handy! We used the metro a lot to explore city (very easy to use) or if you are keen for a walk to the Trevi fountain between 20-30mins- Colloseum was about 15-20 minute walk. There’s a beautiful wine bar on the corner- which we loved and some friendly restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast - and friendly service by all! Highly recommend for anyone!
