Hotel San Rocco

We spent a weekend at San Rocco. The view of the lake is unique. Even though it was raining, the peace and beauty of the place won us over. The staff was very professional and welcoming.

We spent our honeymoon at Hotel San Rocco, and it truly felt like a dream. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with care and love. When we entered our room, the bed was beautifully arranged with flowers — simple, elegant touches that made the moment feel special and meaningful. It felt like the hotel understood exactly what this trip meant to us. The view of the lake added a soft, peaceful beauty to every moment. We spent the day walking by the water, talking, laughing, and just enjoying being together without any hurry. In the evening, we relaxed in our room with the windows open, watching the sky change color over the lake. It felt calm, intimate, and perfect. Breakfast was fresh and unhurried, with warm coffee and a view that made mornings feel magical. The staff were kind and attentive in the most gentle way — always there when needed, but giving us privacy to enjoy our time as newlyweds.

San Rocco is the kind of place where you can truly breathe and slow down. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and it works beautifully for families with children. Our room was spotless, cozy, and offered a lovely view of the lake. The staff were kind and attentive, making us feel cared for from the first moment. We also really enjoyed the restaurant: tasty, well-presented dishes and a breathtaking view that makes the meal feel special. A wonderful stay, perfect for relaxing and creating memories together

I spent a weekend here with my partner and it was perfect. Beautiful location right on the lake, peaceful atmosphere, and impeccable service. The spa and outdoor pool are lovely. The restaurant’s risotto with perch was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Looked nice to start with but all went down hill. The aircon in our room didn’t work; there were leaks on the roof and a dripping after the rain. Reported to staff multiple times and they repeatedly said they had sent engineers in and it was ‘now fixed’ which it wasn’t, they knew they were lying. Nearly 30 degrees in a room was horrible, they eventually shifted us at 11:30pm to another room as if it was a ‘privilidge’. Awful sleep / experience and I would have happily left 2-3 stars had the staff acknowledged any of my complaints after the event. I also accidentally left my wedding suit there, I ordered a courier and paid for the dimensions of a suit. The hotel staff took the suit off my hanger, stuffed it into a tiny package (horrible creases for the wedding). Such disregard for hospitality.
